Position: *Agronomy Sales and Service*Manager/Sales Manager*This position's primary purpose is selling agronomy products and services for Trilogy Ag Group, as well as providing assistance and education to other Trilogy Ag sales team members and their accounts. Your also expected to help identify and implement specific sales plans to our customer base. Assist with the day-to-day operations of the agronomy divisions during, but not limited to, seasonal applications times. We are seeking an Agronomist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in outside sales, business development, and technical sales.*Sales/Agronomy
- Create and recommend specific agronomy programs to targeted accounts with the goal of increasing agronomy business.

- Assist in development, communication, and implementation of customer education meetings as well as any fertilizer programs or seed and chemical programs offered by Trilogy Ag Group.
Adhere to all safety procedures and policies.* Help promote a safe work environment.Assist with Spring and Fall operation seasons as necessary.
- Communicate with management about products being sold or prepaid and any problems with products, programs, or key customer accounts.
- Work extended hours in peak season to meet customer demands.
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or related field
