The Role:

• The Sanitation Utility is responsible for general sanitation duties including the disassembly, cleaning/sanitation and reassembly of processing equipment
• Must be able to work in various conditions and different heights

Principal Accountabilities:

• General labor performing tasks such as vacuuming, brushing, sweeping, scraping, scrubbing and washing of floors, walls, racks and equipment.
• Process equipment cleaning. Break down and re-assemble.
• Fill out accurate and detailed paperwork
• Light maintenance activities involving rollstands, filters, sifters, and other processing equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Essential Functions/Requirements:

• Work will be done primarily in a plant atmosphere.

Competitive Compensation:

We provide market-driven base pay, based on skills, abilities, and level of experiences. Our salary ranges are broad, and individual salary will be market competitive based on a candidate's unique set of skills and level of experience. The starting range for this position is $15.70 - $20.91, with additional earning potential possible commensurate with experience. Additionally, we believe that our team members are the reason for our success and all team members are incentive eligible with a target based on contribution, company performance, and individual results achieved. While the specific bonus plan and target amount will be determined based on the role and breadth of contributions, the targeted bonus plan and targeted percentage amount for this role is Bonus - OIP, 5% Annual.

POSITION SUMMARY:

• The Therapist provides trauma-informed counseling services to children and adolescents who have experienced abuse or other traumatic events, as well as their supportive caregivers. This role focuses on helping children and families feel safe, reduce trauma-related symptoms, build healthy coping skills, strengthen relationships, and support long-term healing. Services may include individual therapy with the child, caregiver sessions, and family therapy. Qualifications

What You'll Do

• Make fair, accurate, timely and quality claims decisions on life insurance claims up to allowable signature limit. May work on cases exceeding this limit with prior approval and second signatures.

• Examines claim information obtained, including, but not limited to, beneficiary data, policy values, and policy status; and analyzes information received during the claim review process, including but not limited to, death certificates, claim forms, assignment forms, divorce decree, estate, and trust documentation.

Analyzes insurance claims to determine the validity/risk of the claim, and the extent of coverage.
