We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Tax Director to join our Accounting and Finance team.

Qualifications: To be considered for the Permanent Tax Director role, candidates should possess the following qualifications: 1.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

A CPA, MST, or JD/LLM is highly preferred.

2.

Minimum of 10 years of progressive tax experience in public accounting or a combination of corporate and public accounting.

3.

Strong knowledge of ASC 740, partnership tax returns (1065), and state tax matters.

4.

Proven experience with tax planning, compliance, and audit for high-net-worth individuals and partnerships.
