Gantry arranges debt and equity financing from $1 million to over $500 million on behalf of commercial real estate developers and investors. The position will support staff with due diligence, presentations, analysis and underwriting.

The Production Associate’s principal responsibilities include the following:

·       Conduct comprehensive commercial real estate underwriting and analysis using Excel-based tools for precise financial modeling

·       Craft insightful narrative analyses encompassing borrowers, properties, locations, and market trends

·       Assemble meticulously organized electronic loan submission packages of professional standard required by the capital markets

·       Perform property and comp location inspections, along with capturing high-quality photographs

·       Facilitate due diligence processes, including legal reviews, lease analyses, and commitment compliance during closings

·       Engage and cultivate relationships with borrowers, lenders, and other esteemed professionals in the national and local commercial real estate markets

Requisite skills and experience for this position include:

·       A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is mandatory

·       While 2+ years of applicable work experience is preferred, fresh talents with a strong aptitude and skillset are encouraged to apply

·       Real Estate sales license or taking necessary steps to gain license is a plus

Job Summary

The HR & Office Administrator will support both human resources administration and general office operations for the Buffalo plant. This role will manage recruiting support, onboarding coordination, employee experience, HR compliance, payroll inputs, and administrative functions that ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a growing environment. As one of the early hires during plant launch, this person will help establish foundational systems and culture for the workforce.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Human Resources Support

• Lead or support hourly and salaried recruiting activities including job posting, applicant coordination, and temporary staffing management.
• Coordinate and conduct new-hire onboarding, orientation, and safety introductions.
• Ensure accurate employee setup in HR systems, timekeeping, benefits access, payroll submission, and system communication tools.
• Partner with management to support employee relations, disciplinary documentation, and compliance with employment laws and company HR policies.
• Maintain employee records including personnel files, training documentation, PTO and leaves of absence, roster accuracy, and turnover metrics.
• Assist with performance review coordination and tracking goal alignment.
• Support safety compliance and OSHA documentation in partnership with plant leadership.
• Assist with HR communications, employee engagement events, and internal newsroom/marketing submissions.

Office & Administrative Operations

• Provide general administrative support including scheduling, data entry, reporting, scanning, and document management.
• Provide payroll support by ensuring accurate time and attendance reporting and approvals.
• Assist with accounting support including invoices, expense reconciliation, and adherence to internal controls.
• Maintain office supplies, facility communications postings, and business correspondence.
• Identify and implement improvements to administrative workflows and systems.
• Provide ongoing support to leadership and cross-functional teams as needed to enable efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR, administrative, or office support roles; manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
• High school diploma required; additional business, HR, or related education a plus.
• Excellent organization, confidentiality, and communication skills with a strong focus on employee support.
• Working knowledge of HR systems or ERP environments, payroll/timekeeping platforms, and benefits coordination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and standard office technology.
• Ability to build positive working relationships and communicate clearly with all levels of the organization.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup or scaling environment a plus.

Contribute to profit of agency by managing a book of assigned commercial lines accounts with an individual account premium generally up to $2,500 in revenue and slightly more complex Job includes providing service to commercial clients and maintaining a high retention of customers. Client Advisor II is responsible for detailed coverage analysis as well as consultation and coverage recommendations to clients.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Rate and quote renewal Commercial Lines risks.
• Screen, place, and approve Commercial Lines applications.
• Review applications, renewal requests and endorsements for compliance with underwriting authority and guidelines. Familiarity with company underwriting guidelines & binding authority.
• Prepare and authorize ID cards for auto clients when necessary.
• Initiate, screen, and prepare endorsement requests on Commercial Lines.
• Handle telephone requests and miscellaneous correspondence, such as mortgagee requests, certificates, additional insureds, and so on.
• Authorize cancellation requests.
• Rate and compute endorsement, cancellation, additional or return premiums.
• Review Company produced policies, endorsements, audits for accuracy.
• Compute and initiate premium finance contracts as needed.
• Take claim reports and maintain claim files on clients handled as needed.
• Prepare summaries and proposals of insurance for existing accounts.
• Prepare bonds, endorsements, and cancellations.
• Working knowledge and competency in use of Agency Management System, Microsoft Word, and other software as required by position.
• Technical proficiency with coverages and various types of insurance policies as appropriate.
• Authorize binding of Commercial Lines coverage within authority granted by the carrier.
• Contact carriers as needed.
• Contact producers as needed.
• Maintain client files and make client contacts as needed.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Maintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position, ensure ongoing adherence to policies, procedures, and internal controls, and meet all training requirements in a timely manner

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

• High School Diploma
• All applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Professional Certifications/Licenses:

• Property/Casualty License Required
• If licensed, maintain Agent/Broker License through continuing education.
• Maintain or working toward a professional designation.

Experience/Skills:

• Three Years Insurance Experience Required
• Customer Service Experience
• Ability to use menu-driven software in addition to Word and Excel programs.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record.

Hours: 40 hours a week

Hearing Representative - Special Education Claims

Background on the Project:

A prestigious government agency is addressing the backlog of special education claims in New York City to ensure timely and fair resolution of disputes between parents and the city regarding educational plans for children with special needs. Recent rulings have emphasized the need for faster resolution of these claims and improvements in special education services and payment processes. This initiative requires dedicated attorneys to join the team and play a critical role in managing a high volume of cases and driving claims through the administrative process.

Role Overview:

Our client is seeking contract attorneys barred and in good standing in any state with 1+ years of litigation experience to Work Remotely on a 1 plus year assignment. As a Hearing Representative, you will represent our client throughout the entire special education claims process—from intake to resolution or settlement.

Pay Rates:

• 1 to 7 years of experience: $41.75/hour
• 7+ years of experience: $43.75/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Case Management: Manage a high-volume caseload of 100–200 special education claims, ensuring timely and effective handling.
• Representation: Prepare for and/or litigate complex cases involving significant legal precedents, policy implications, or financial impact. Represent the agency in administrative hearings, pre-hearing conferences, and settlement negotiations.
• Administrative Process: Navigate procedural requirements and ensure compliance with federal and state education laws and regulations.
• Documentation: Prepare and review all necessary filings, agreements, and reports with accuracy and thoroughness.
• Settlement Negotiation: Work with parents, public advocacy groups, and opposing counsel to reach fair resolutions while negotiating claims for attorney’s fees.
• Training and Collaboration: Collaborate with special education specialists, technical experts, and attorneys; provide training to field staff and clinical staff on compliance with education laws.
• Research and Compliance: Analyze case law, gather evidence, and evaluate settlement demands. Provide guidance on compliance obligations to parents and students under hearing orders.

Required Qualifications:

• Bar Admission: Active bar license in good standing in any U.S. state.
• Litigation Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of recent litigation experience (more preferred).
• Tech Savvy: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
• Caseload Management: Proven ability to manage 100–200 cases concurrently.
• Timekeeping: Ability to log activities in 15-minute increments throughout the workday.
• Remote Work Skills: Dedicated workspace, reliable Wi-Fi, and comfort with virtual tools like Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
• Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to accommodate early morning hearings and work within Eastern Time Zone hours (7 AM–7 PM).
• Preferred Experience: Administrative Law, IEP/Special Education, Experience working for a government agency, Public Interest work, Settlement experience.
