Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Estate Planning Paralegal located in Cranberry Township, PA. The Estate Planning Paralegal will be responsible for preparing legal documents, assisting with estate planning cases, and reviewing documentation for accuracy and compliance. Additional tasks include providing administrative support to attorneys, maintaining meticulous organization of case files, and communicating effectively with clients to ensure their planning needs are met.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Law and Legal Document Preparation
- Experience with Wealthcounsel software
- Strong skills in Communication and client interaction
- Experience with Research and Document Review
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and familiarity with office software and databases
- Paralegal certification or equivalent experience in a legal environment is preferred
LHH is partnering with a well regarded law firm in search of a team of highly detail oriented and tech driven individuals who have an interest in immigration law, case management and processing. The firm provides training and mentorship for this position.
Candidates must be local to the Pittsburgh area. The role would require being on site 5 days a week in the north hills suburbs of Pittsburgh.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with high-volume immigration case processing and production with speed and accuracy
- Intake, completion of forms, data validation and entry, and immigration documentation assembly
- File formatting, file naming and general organization of documents -evidence sets and audit trails etc.
- Test workflows and utilize AI to help develop standard operating procedures, performance metrics and tasks
- Conduct QC and escalate discrepancies if needed
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in data entry, case management, document processing or admin support is preferred
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced operations based environment
- Strong tech skills and willingness to adapt to new technology and processes
- Ability to meet high volume targets of case processing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Elder Law Attorney to join our team on-site in Warrendale, PA. The attorney will handle a variety of legal tasks specifically focused on estate planning, long-term care, Medicaid strategies, and guardianship matters. Responsibilities include client consultations, creating and managing Medicaid spend down matters.
Compensation
$100,000 plus, depending on experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Estate Planning, Elder Law, and Guardianship laws and procedures.
- Strong legal research, analytical thinking, and drafting skills to prepare comprehensive legal documents and plans.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to build meaningful relationships with clients and explain complex legal concepts clearly.
- Organization, time management, and attention to detail in handling multiple cases and meeting deadlines efficiently.
- Bar membership in Pennsylvania is required.
- Experience in Medicaid planning and litigation is highly valued.
- A genuine passion for assisting individuals and families through the intricacies of elder law and estate planning.
