Position Description

- Role will be assignment based, sporadic, and dependent on Immigration Court scheduling.

- Candidates will receive a 1.5 hour training with the firm.
Candidate Requirements
- J.D. from an ABA-approved law school and an active membership in good standing of any state bar is required.
- Basic knowledge of immigration law required.
- Prior experience practicing immigration law in court preferred.
- Can be either experience with USCIS (affirmative cases) or EOIR/Immigration Court (defensive cases).

Duties & Responsibilities

• Review client financial information and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to filing bankruptcy petitions and schedules.
