Job Details

Title: Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Supervisor
Location: Upper West Side, NYC (West 74th Street Women’s Shelter)
Type: Full-time, Permanent, Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift
Salary: Up to $150K (flexible for exceptional candidates)
Setting: 146-bed women’s shelter
Team Leadership: Supervise a team of ~10 psychiatric staff
Clinical Scope: Trauma-informed psychiatric care for women experiencing homelessness

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily psychiatric nursing operations
Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and guidance
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on care planning
Lead staff meetings and continuing education initiatives
Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of psych staff
Monitor care quality and implement improvements
Develop and refine departmental policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Job Details

Manage caseload of (4) terminally ill Patients per day, generate and follow plan of care to provide patients with Maximum level of comfort and quality of life in home, Skill nursing facilities and In-patient units settings Coordinate care efforts among LPN, HHA and care givers.

Educate Patients, Families and Care givers on medical choices and methodologies Assess patients weekly and as needed to identify necessity for plan of care revisions and seek Interdisciplinary expertise to coordinate highest level of care Gather information on patients and families psychosocial and spiritual unit for symptoms management

Assess terminally ill patients in crisis for need of Inpatient unit Transfer for Symptoms management Maintain up to date computerized patient records Communicate with relevant Physician, Staff members and other agencies Assess patients for recertification eligibility, recertify patients or Plan safe discharge planning.

Work Schedule Monday thru Friday 830 am to 5 pm

The schedule includes working one weekend per month

Job Details

As a Project Manager, you will lead project delivery from preconstruction through closeout on commercial projects in the Austin market. You will be accountable for project financial performance, schedule management, contract administration, client relationships, and coordination of internal and external teams. Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our finance team, you’ll take ownership of a wide range of accounting responsibilities including:

Lead all accounting operations: AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger

Job Details

Manage caseload of terminally ill Patients, generate and follow plan of care to provide patients with Maximum level of comfort and quality of life in home, Skill nursing facilities and In-patient units settings Coordinate care efforts among LPN, HHA and care givers.

Responsible for the overall case management of assigned patient caseload through the coordination of hospice services as determined in the Hospice Plan of Care.

Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our well established and growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial construction projects from planning to implementation. This role requires a seasoned professional who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously and ensure that every project is completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who can anticipate issues before they arise and who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and direct K-12 and municipal construction projects.
2. Oversee the work of the Project Engineer and supports/oversees the Project Superintendent
3. Review the work progress on a daily basis.
4. Manage the budgeting, scheduling, and cost control processes of projects.
5. Handle RFI, submittals, and change orders effectively.
6. Read and understand drawings and specifications of each project.
7. Maintains a thorough understanding of the contract documents including plans, specifications, addenda, prime contract

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
3. Proven experience managing K-12 or municipal construction projects.
4. Understanding of all facets of the construction process.
5. Familiarity with construction management software packages.
6. Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications.
7. Strong knowledge and experience in budgeting, quality control, scheduling, cost control, RFI, submittals, and change orders.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Electrician, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities that are crucial to the success of our construction projects. Your duties will include:

1. Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in accordance with NEC, IRC, and IBC standards.
2. Conducting regular electrical inspections to ensure all systems are operating safely and efficiently.
3. Supervising and providing leadership to junior electrical staff, including training and mentoring.
4. Ensuring all work complies with OSHA safety standards and LOTO procedures.
5. Working closely with other construction professionals to ensure electrical work is completed on time and within budget.
6. Troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues in both manufacturing and residential settings.
7. Performing regular maintenance on service panels and other electrical components.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Electrician role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician.
2. Proven experience in manufacturing, commercial/industrial/residential, and electrical construction.

Aviation Electronics Technician

Responsibilities

As an Aviation Electronics Technician (AT), you'll maintain, troubleshoot, repair and test complex electronic systems related to aviation on tactical jets, fixed wing aircraft or rotary winged helicopter systems. In this role, you can expect to work with systems including digital computers, fiber optics, infrared detection, radar, laser electronics, navigation, pressure indication, and electrical power generation and distribution. Additional responsibilities may include:

  • Installing modifications to aircraft electronic systems
  • Performing micro-miniature module repair on computer circuit cards
  • Performing electrical diagnostics
  • Reading electrical system diagrams
  • Repairing and maintaining power generators and electric motors
  • Performing scheduled maintenance and corrosion control


Work Environment

Sailors in this career field will perform duties at sea and ashore around the world. ATs can expect to work indoors and outdoors in land-based aircraft squadrons and aboard aircraft carriers. You may work in a shop environment, clean lab, airplane hangar or office environment.

Training & Advancement

Upon completion of initial training at Recruit Training Command Great Lakes(known as Boot Camp), you'll report for specialized training, including:

Class "A" Technical School (19 weeks) in Pensacola, FL, for training in basic aviation theory and technical knowledge, aviation electrical systems, and electrical and electronics theory and skills.

After you complete training, you may be assigned to a naval air station, squadron, aircraft carrier or other aviation facility. Promotion opportunities are regularly available but competitive and based on performance.

Advanced Training

Advanced training as an Aviation Electronics Technician may also be available during later stages of your career. For those with further leadership aspirations and a college degree, Officerroles may be available, providing opportunities to lead and train others.

Post-Service Opportunities

Specialized training received and work experience gained in the course of service can lead to valuable credentialing and occupational opportunities in related fields in the civilian world, such as employment with airlines or aircraft manufacturers.

Education Opportunities

Beyond offering access to professional credentials and certifications, Navy technical and operational training as an Aviation Electronics Technician can translate to credit hours toward a bachelor's or associate degree through the American Council on Education.

You may also continue your education through undergraduate degree opportunities like the Navy College Program and Tuition Assistance and the Post-9/11 GI Bill.

Qualifications & Requirements

A high-school diploma or equivalent is required to become an Enlisted Sailor and an Aviation Electronics Technician. You must also be a U.S. citizen eligible for security clearance.

AT applicants should have an interest in aviation, working with aircraft, electrical systems and computer systems. You should be competent working with tools, equipment and machines to perform detailed precision work. Strong arithmetic, writing, speaking and academic study skills are also necessary. Important physical attributes include a high level of manual dexterity and physical fitness.

General qualifications may vary depending upon whether you're currently serving , whether you've served before or whether you've never served before .

Part-Time Opportunities

Serving part-time as a Navy Reserve Sailor, your duties will be carried out during your scheduled drilling and training periods. During monthly drilling, Aviation Electronics Technicians in the Navy Reserve typically work at a location close to their homes.

For annual training, you may serve anywhere in the world, including locations in the U.S., at bases overseas, or in areas where humanitarian needs are great.

Most of what you do in the Navy Reserve is considered training. The basic Navy Reserve commitment involves training a minimum of one weekend a month (referred to as drilling) and two weeks a year (referred to as Annual Training) - or the equivalent of that.

Aviation Electronics Technicians in the Navy Reserve serve in an Enlisted role. Before receiving the ongoing professional training that comes with the job, initial training requirements must be met.

For current or former military Enlisted service members, prior experience satisfies the initial Recruit Training requirement, so you will not need to go through Boot Camp again.

For those without prior military experience, you will need to meet the initial Recruit Training requirement by attending Boot Camp in Great Lakes, IL. This training course will prepare you for service in the Navy Reserve and count as your first Annual Training.
