As a Solution Manager for Registration, you will play a pivotal role in supporting solution teams by overseeing administrative functions, tracking progress, and ensuring seamless logistical and programmatic operations. Your responsibilities will include facilitating collaboration among various internal and external stakeholders, including governance bodies, process engineering teams, the EHR vendor (Oracle Cerner), and other key program entities. POSITION SUMMARY:
The Deputy Director of Healthcare Solutions is responsible for the planning and execution of revisions to or development of new AACAP clinical practice tools including the CALOCUS-CASII and the ECSII. AACAP's clinical practice tools are service intensity determination tools that guide providers and payers in determining the appropriate amount and types of mental health services and supports to address a pediatric patient's needs at a given point in time. This position is responsible for implementing a business strategy, including product development, marketing, and performance measurement, to deploy new and/or revised AACAP service intensity instruments and related clinical practice products. The Deputy Director of Healthcare Solutions supports this work by providing project management support, data analysis and reporting and by engaging AACAP member experts and external consultants in product development, marketing, and distribution.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support implementation and messaging of the business strategy, including business objectives, budgeting, and potential solutions for product deployment

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Compensation is determined based on a number of factors including qualifications and experience. The starting salary for this position is $110,000 - $120,000 with bonus eligibility. This position is considered full-time and is eligible to participate in employer-sponsored benefits, including medical, dental, vision, flex, disability, life/ADD, as well as optional supplemental life/ADD coverage. AACAP also provides paid time off, paid parental leave, and a very generous retirement plan contribution.

As the Senior Solution Advisor for Perioperative Services, you will be a critical subject matter expert and trusted advisor, bridging the gap between the client's surgical and anesthesia departments and the capabilities of the Oracle Health (Cerner) Millennium EHR. You will guide stakeholders through complex workflow transformations, driving the successful design and adoption of the SurgiNet and Anesthesia Management solutions. Your primary objective is to ensure these solutions improve patient safety, optimize resource utilization (ORs, staff, equipment), and ensure accurate charge capture in the highly complex perioperative environment.
To excel in this senior position, you must have a strong background in perioperative informatics, OR nursing/technology, or clinical applications consulting. You will lead the design of the entire surgical journey, from case scheduling to PACU, and be the go-to expert for the intricate processes of preference card management and supply/implant documentation. Key Responsibilities:
Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
Serve as the primary consultant for perioperative leadership on all aspects of the Oracle Health SurgiNet and Anesthesia solutions.
Provide expert support and knowledge transfer on perioperative best practices, including governance for preference cards, block scheduling, and charge capture.
Work directly with client counterparts to facilitate design workshops, review deliverables, and drive consensus on perioperative workflow and build changes.
Solution Design & Workflow Analysis:
Lead the analysis and design of the end-to-end perioperative workflow, including case scheduling, pre-admission testing (PAT), intraoperative nursing and anesthesia documentation, and PACU.
Oversee the design and maintenance strategy for foundational elements like surgical preference cards, resource scheduling (rooms/equipment), and integration with supply chain/inventory management.
Define requirements for the Anesthesia Information Management System (AIMS), including its integration with bedside monitors via CareAware for real-time data flow.
Implementation & Solution Management:
Act as a lead or driver for testing events, including developing and documenting scripts in an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool to validate complex surgical and anesthesia workflows.
Provide expert support for cutover planning, go-live execution, and post-go-live sustainment, including ticket management for perioperative issues.
Assist in the review of training manuals and job aids to ensure they accurately reflect the configured workflows and system design.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of combined experience in perioperative informatics, surgical services leadership, or as an OR nurse/technologist with significant \"super user\" or implementation experience.
Oracle Health/Cerner Expertise: Direct, hands-on experience with the Oracle Health (Cerner) Millennium platform. Specific expertise in SurgiNet, Anesthesia Management, Preference Card Management, and CareAware is required.

CPIC Analyst, Technology Business Management (TBM)

Position Overview
The CPIC Analyst will focus on Technology Business Management (TBM) and support Federal Chief Information Officer (CIO) organizations in advancing IT cost transparency and portfolio analysis through the Apptio platform. This role contributes to effective IT investment governance and financial management across federal IT portfolios.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide support for Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) Select, Control, and Evaluate investment management processes.

About the Role
We are seeking an entry-level Program Associate to provide administrative and logistical support for health program activities. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals interested in program management and health equity. You will gain hands-on experience in event coordination, research projects, and cross-sector partnerships.
You will work closely with the Senior Health Program Manager and Programs Director to implement initiatives such as the Cancer Caregiving Collaborative and Caregiver Inclusion Value Initiative, as well as other projects that advance NAC's mission.
Key Responsibilities
Program Coordination:
- Assist in developing and tracking project workplans, timelines, and performance measures to meet project goals and deliverables.
- Coordinate planning and execution of partner engagements, meetings, events, and hybrid activities.
- Assess program progress and translate key learnings into clear and engaging reports and presentations. Conduct research and analyze data to inform team and program decisions.
- Work alongside Senior Health Manager and Programs Director to ensure that project aligns with organizational priorities.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and tools used in program coordination and implementation.
- Help strengthen the project's structure and practices to promote health equity and ensure decision-making processes center caregivers.
Partnership Support:
- Maintain and update partnership assets (presentation decks, newsletters, one-sheets, project webpages).
- Prepare materials for external meetings and presentations in collaboration with Communications and Events teams.
Communication and Outreach:
- Develop content for internal and external audiences, including partners and funders.
- Manage, maintain and update partnership assets, including presentation decks, project handouts, and project webpages.
Funder Reporting and Grant Compliance:
- Support data collection and documentation for funder reports as assigned.
- Maintain accurate records that contribute to grant compliance and reporting requirements.
- Learn and apply organizational processes for funder deliverables.
Knowledge & Skills:
Required
- Bachelor's degree in social work, public health, health policy, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, program support, or administrative roles within public health, healthcare, or mission-driven organizations.
- Candidates in this position must be highly motivated, capable of self-directed work, flexible, and committed to continuous learning and growing in support of team and caregiving.
- Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and follow through with multiple tasks while maintaining outstanding attention to detail.
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills, including strong interpersonal, written, and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Asana, Canva, and Constant Contact.
Preferred
- Experience collaborating with healthcare systems, patient advocacy groups, and health equity work.
- Familiarity with program design and implementation.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $45,000
- Monthly stipend for mobile phone usage.
- Paid Federal Holidays and Winter Holiday (Office closed 12/24 through 1/1).
