RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Representing and counseling fiduciaries and beneficiaries in contested probate, accountings, and all other manner of estate, trust, and fiduciary litigation.
• Working closely with attorneys and paralegals on uncontested probate, administration, and accountings.
• If interested, an opportunity to work on estate planning and drafting wills, trusts, and related estate planning documents.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of six years’ experience in trusts and estates or commercial litigation, with a decided interest in fiduciary litigation
• Desire to learn from others and develop trusts and estates litigation, negotiation, and administration knowledge and skills
• Admitted to practice law in the state of New York
