Position Overview
The Digital & Administrative Coordinator is the welcoming face of Morgan Muscle and a key driver of our digital presence.
This role combines customer-facing responsibilities, administrative coordination, and social media engagement. The right candidate is tech-savvy, organized, punctual, reliable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced small business environment.
This is a high-visibility, high-trust position with room to grow as the company grows. This is an IN OFFICE position, and is not available for remote workers.
Key Responsibilities
Digital & Marketing Support
- Assist in managing Morgan Muscle's social media presence, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms
- Capture and post engaging content from the shop when appropriate
- Monitor direct messages and comments and coordinate responses
- Support marketing and digital initiatives as assigned
- Utilize AI tools and modern software platforms to improve efficiency and creativity
Front Desk & Customer Communication
- Serve as the primary front-desk contact from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Greet customers, vendors, and guests professionally
- Manage inbound calls and emails and route appropriately
- Support ongoing customer communication efforts
Administrative Support
- Coordinate calendars and schedule meetings for leadership team members
- Assist with document organization and internal systems
- Support project-based initiatives as assigned
Financial Support
- Process incoming checks and payments
- Enter payments into company systems accurately
- Execute remote deposits
- Maintain basic administrative financial records
Events & Flexibility
- Support occasional after-hours events (approximately 1–2 per month; comp time provided)
- Adapt to evolving responsibilities as the business grows
Qualifications
