Job Summary:
- Conducts and performs training or solutions using the appropriate medium and method (classroom, computer-based training [CBT], distance learning, simulations, on-the-job [OJT], coaching, job-aids) to satisfy business needs and requirements.
- Assesses and tests the competence of employees in performing tasks requiring certification or qualification to comply with government and organizational standards and specifications.
- Expert in navigating technical documents related to manufacturing / repair documents and/or blueprints (detail, assembly or installation drawings).
- Confers with management/client to understand work situation.
- Delivers training sessions covering specified areas of technical specialty.

TYPE OF POSITON: Full-time permanent
POSITION SUMMARY: The Cushioning TSR will work closely with sales teams to service products, provide technical support, and grow and promote solutions with Sealed Air customers. The Cushioning TSR will deliver technical service to and engineering support of packaging systems in a designated region. The cushioning TSR will establish and deepen relationships with new and existing customers and will be expected to consult with customers on packaging materials, equipment, and processes. RESPONSIBILITIES/ DUTIES:
- Installs Packaging Systems and Delivers Training – Install packaging systems at customer locations in designated region; train operators in packaging process, system capabilities, system safety procedures; answer questions asked by customer related to equipment, health, safety, and environment
- Services and Maintains Packaging Systems – Repair and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns for customers; help identify potential issues in advance and recommend improved policies/procedures; take ownership and maintain high level of quality; follow standards; provide technical information and explanations

Description:
Manage the day-to-day interaction and coordination of the import/export of seed and non-seed (chemical, specialized, research) items entering/exiting the US. This role is critical to delivering the business through ensuring Import and Export Operations to meet compliance and customs requirements, are accurate and efficient, meeting customer and production demands. Import of materials directly impacts production sites and Exports support foreign manufacturing sites as well as sales to end customers.
Responsibilities:
• With minimal supervision, perform Import/Export activities in compliance with Government rules and regulations, organizational policies, procedures, goals and objectives
• Responsible for expediting the import/export process by liaising with regional Import/Export coordinators, Warehousing/Distribution, and Plant & Production planning
Responsible for coordinating logistics for import/export shipments(ocean, air, land, rail) working closely with freight forwarders, brokers, Transportation Contract managers and internal stakeholders
• Responsible for ensuring all work is completed in a timely and compliant manner, adhering to all internal policies and government regulations.
Responsible for ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with US and foreign customer
