About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join a growing construction team in Randolph, MA. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a solid background in commercial and/or public construction projects. The Senior Estimator will play a key role in preparing accurate cost estimates, managing bid processes, and supporting preconstruction efforts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial, industrial, and/or public works projects
  • Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates
  • Solicit and review subcontractor and supplier quotes
  • Conduct quantity take-offs and pricing
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options
  • Participate in bid reviews and presentations
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market pricing, materials, and labor trends


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in construction estimating
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and pricing
  • Experience with commercial, industrial, or public projects preferred
  • Proficiency in estimating software (Procore, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar)
  • Excellent analytical, mathematical, and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred


Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 – $170,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:


  • Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and always acting in a safe manner
  • Operate commercial trucks and assist field laborers when needed (team atmosphere where everyone helps)
  • Operate a variety of Class B trucks 
  • Loading and unloading of trucks
  • Ensure customer satisfaction at time of service.
  • Proper placarding of vehicles to meet Company and DOT requirements/regulations
  • Maintain daily logs, time sheets, and various reports
  • Follow all local, state (provincial) and federal compliance regulations and rules
  • Safely operate vehicles in accordance with U.S. DOT, local, state (provincial) and federal requirements
  • Safely observe all corporate operating guidelines and procedures
  • Observe all company environmental health and safety operating guidelines
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • By position, ability to be on call for emergency response on rotating basis every other week
  • By position, site-remediation, equipment decontamination, and the handling of hazardous materials. 

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:


  • Valid Class B CDL 
  • Obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsement within 90 days of employment
  • Ability to use various mobile devices
  • Perform physical functions per job requirements
  • Successfully complete a background check, drug test, and physical, by position
  • Per OSHA's Respiratory Protection Standard, 29 CFR 1910.34, employees in positions requiring respirators are required to meet facial hair standards.

Signify Health, part of CVS Health , is hiring part-time board-certified nurse practitioners to conduct In-home Health Evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members.

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct pre-scheduled in-home visits with health plan members, traveling primarily locally within a designated metro area

  • Primary coverage areas include but are not limited to: Springfield MA

  • Provide at least 12 hours of availability weekly, consistently providing 50+ capacity units per month

  • Execute a strong visit completion rate, pacing 35+ completed visits per month

  • Have the option to provide availability Monday - Sunday, with the majority of visits scheduled between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m.

Other role expectations and requirements:

  • Be trained and credentialed for all health plan clients and lines of business in primary coverage state(s)

  • Be accountable to Signify Health operational, clinical, and member experience key performance indicators and metrics

  • Conduct Video Visits as needed (maintain training, affiliation, and compliance with Video Visit requirements, regular training required)

  • Maintain training and complete all diagnostic and preventive service (DPS) products as directed (regular training required)

  • Maintain all required supplies and associated diagnostic equipment related to DPS offerings

  • Maintain active state licenses in coverage areas (FNP, AGNP certification preferred for NPs)

  • Maintain board certification

  • Maintain multi-state licenses (preferred)

  • Experience with Signify Health In-Home Health Evaluations, in-home visits, or a similar format (preferred)

  • Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states, as needed (up to 25%)

  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull and lift up to 20 pounds of supplies (including, but not limited to, iPad, medical supplies and scale), required

  • Accommodate field observations and/or ridealong experiences, as requested

During our In-Home Health Evaluations (and other associated follow-up visits), you'll meet people where they are and re-engage them with their health care during an approximately 45-minute pre-scheduled visit.

The visit includes a medication and medical history review, a physical evaluation, and, if ordered by the person's health plan, additional diagnostic tests (i.e., diabetic eye exams, spirometry, etc.). You will be provided a pre-populated, patient-specific form for each evaluation and are not required to prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter people's current treatment regimen.

  • Flying as a Pilot-in-Command or sole manipulator in an airplane and helicopter in all environments of flight, including night, poor weather, unfavorable terrain, low altitudes, or speed.

Hiring Minimums:

Certification & Ratings: A current FAA Commercial or ATP Pilot Certification with one of the following ratings:

  • Dual Rated: Airplane (Single-engine land or multi-engine land) with instrument rating AND Rotorcraft Helicopter with instrument rating.
  • Airplane Rated: Airplane (Single-engine land or multi-engine land) with instrument.
  • Helicopter Rated: Rotorcraft Helicopter with instrument rating.
  • Equivalent military rating of the above at the time of application (eligibility based on military flight experience must provide official orders, forms or logbooks showing their status as a rated military pilot).

Flight Hours: Pilot Enter on Duty minimums are 1500 flight hours; (up to 500 hours can be waived, reducing the pilot enter on duty minimums to 1000 hours.

250 Pilot-in-Command hours; 75 Instrument hours; 75 Night hours (Flight Hour Waiver available, see Required Documents); and 100 Flight hours in the last 12 months This qualification requirement is currently being waived by OPM through August 5, 2025.

FAA Class 2 medical required for assessment dated within the last 12 calendar months; FAA Class 1, FAA Class 2 or Military medical flight clearance dated within the last 12 months qualifies to start the pre-employment process for the AIA position.

Apply at 750 hours total time: Applicants applying at 750 flight hours are required to obtain at least 1,000 flight hours (depending on the number of hours approved for a waiver) at their own expense before being able to attend the 3-part flight assessment. These hours may be credited towards satisfying the ""Total flight time"" 1,500 flight hour requirement only. Salary and Benefits

Annual Base Salary for newly appointed BPAs varies per grade, as follows:

GL-5/GL-7 $49,739 - $89,518 per year

Duty location impacts pay rates; locality pay for federal law enforcement is higher in some locations than others. A fully trained BPA may be eligible for up to an additional 25% of base pay per the BPA Pay Reform Act of 2014. This is a career ladder position with a grade level progression of GL-5, GL-7, GL-9, GS-11, and GS-12. You will be eligible for a promotion to the next higher grade level (without reapplying) once you successfully complete 52 weeks in each grade level.

Border Patrol Agents are eligible to select from an array of federal employment benefits that include health, dental and other insurance plans, a generous annual and sick leave program, and participation in the Thrift Savings Plan, a retirement plan akin to a traditional ROTH 401(k) offering.

*Recruitment Incentive* Newly appointed Border Patrol Agents (as defined in 5 CFR 575.102 ) will be offered up to a $20,000 incentive. The first $10,000 will be paid upon successful completion of the Border Patrol Academy, with the remaining $10,000 awarded for accepting a prioritized location. Prioritized locations include Sierra Blanca, TX; Presidio, TX; Sanderson, TX; Comstock, TX; Lordsburg, NM; Freer, TX; Hebbronville, TX; Ajo, AZ.

Duties and Responsibilities

As a BPA, you will be part of our 60,000+ workforce that strives to protect the American people by safeguarding our borders, deterring illicit activity, and enhancing the nation's economic prosperity. Being a BPA makes you a valuable member of the Federal Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) profession.

Typical assignments include:

  • Detecting and questioning people suspected of violating immigration and custom laws and inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations
  • Preventing and apprehending undocumented noncitizens and smugglers of noncitizens at or near the borders by maintaining surveillance from covert positions to include using infrared scopes during night operations
  • Interpreting and following tracks, marks, and other physical evidence of illegal entry of persons or contraband
  • Performing farm checks, building checks, traffic checks, city patrols, and transportation checks
  • Patrolling the international boundary and coastal waterways using a variety of government assets such as vehicles, horses, vessels, watercraft, off-road vehicles, ATVs, snowmobiles, and motorcycles for the accomplishment of the USBP Mission.

Qualifications

You qualify for the GL-5 grade level if you possess one of the following:

Experience: One (1) year of general work experience that demonstrates the ability to take charge, make sound decisions, and maintain composure in stressful situations; to learn regulations, methods, and techniques through classroom training and/or on-the-job instruction; and the ability to gather concise information through questioning, observation, and examination of documents and records; OR

Education Substitution: A bachelor's degree or successful completion of a full four-year course of study in any field leading to a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; OR

Combination of Experience and Education: A combination of general work experience AND successfully completed college education. This will be calculated using your resume and official or unofficial transcripts submitted with your application.

You qualify for the GL-7 grade level if you possess one of the following:

Experience: One year of specialized work experience that shows you have the skills necessary to:

  • Make sound judgments and decisions in the use of firearms.
  • Deal effectively with people in a courteous and tactful manner in connection with law enforcement matters.
  • Analyze information rapidly and make prompt decisions where you will be expected to make arrests after the completion of required training and apply these skills in a law enforcement capacity such as criminal code enforcement, determining violations of laws, correctional or rehabilitation work involving criminal offenders, security, military, etc.

The above experience will be applied in connection with the following: Make arrests and exercise sound judgment in the use of firearms; deal effectively with people in a courteous manner in connection with law enforcement matters; analyze information rapidly and make prompt decisions; or develop and maintain contact with a network of informants.

Education Substitution for the GL-7 grade level: A bachelor's degree with superior academic achievement, which is based on (1) class standing, (2) grade-point average (i.e., GPA of 3.0 or higher out of a possible 4.0), or (3) honor society membership. Or will receive a bachelor's degree with Superior Academic Achievement. Or one full year of graduate-level education in a field of study related to law enforcement (e.g., criminal justice, homeland security, justice studies, law enforcement, courts and judicial systems, forensic technology, forensic psychology, or corrections and rehabilitation) from an accredited college or university; OR

A Combination of Experience and Education: This will be calculated using your resume and official or unofficial transcripts submitted with your application.
