Facilitate discussions at all levels of the organization. Interact with all levels of management within Genpact in the following areas: Business Development, Lean Digital, Analytics, Staffing, IT, Legal, Facilities, HR, among others, who all play a critical role in building the most relevant and transformational solutions for our clients.
Education – Position requires a Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or any related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or any related field and 7 years of progressively responsible post-Bachelor’s degree experience in the job offered or a related occupation. S&OP

  • Participates in S&OP as the key process to align supply and demand while aligning key business functions on supply plans and clearly communicating risks and opportunities.
  • Leads monthly supply operations master production plan review meetings; presents Sales vs Forecast, detail Firm Fence production/supply progress at CMOs, and recommends new POs and presents forecast of production outside Firm Fence, and “what if” scenarios.
  • Develops and presents business cases for approval to S&OP


Production Planning, Production Procurement

  • Utilizes SAP S4 Hana to run MRP to understand manufacturing and purchase requirements.
  • Makes necessary adjustments to meet the consensus demand forecast/commercial requirements and inventory targets for all CMO managed SKUs.
  • Presents the monthly master production plan for review and approval through the S&OP process and submits to Internal sites and CMOs for execution.

Inventory Management & Reconciliation

  • Ensures robust inventory management process is in place for third party held inventory.
  • Supports team to execute the monthly inventory reconciliation process, investigating any discrepancies, approving changes and making adjustment in SAP, and ensuring compliance to SOX regulations and internal auditing standards.


Artworks and Labelling

  • Supports the artwork and labeling process to ensure compliance and cost minimization.


Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.

At Wegmans, our store security teams are committed to keeping our customers and employees safe. Our security specialists play a critical role helping to communicate between the Asset Protection team and the store leadership group. We're seeking an independent individual who is task-oriented and can build strong relationships throughout the store while keeping customer service top of mind!

What You'll Do

- Prioritize safety in our stores to create a positive shopping and working environment
- Analyze trends and data to implement a strategy to maximize sales and minimize loss due to theft
- Monitor activity to prevent loss, including apprehending and processing shoplifters
- Foster a collaborative relationship with community partners and emergency responders
- Coordinate and manage the use of all Closed-Circuit TV (CCTV) systems
- Respond to emergency situations; provide ongoing support and guidance to both employees and customers
- Conduct investigations as directed by leadership

Requirements

- 5+ years full-time experience as a sworn police officer with arrest authority in a military, municipal, county, state, or federal police agency
- Valid license to carry a firearm
- Valid driver's license
- Conflict management and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sound judgement skills and ability to manage conflict and communicate effectively under pressure
- Effective communication skills and ability to maintain composure in stressful environments
- Strong technical aptitude, including proficiency with Microsoft Office

Preferred Experience

- Bachelor's degree in criminal justice or related field
- Related experience, including security and/or loss prevention
- Emergency Medical Services (EMS) or First Responder
- Leadership experience, preferably in a retail setting
