Sr. Manager of Territory Sales for Las Vegas, NV and surrounding areas
The ideal candidate will be based in Las Vegas, NV
A successful candidate for the Sr. Manager of Territory Sales is a results-oriented, strategic thinker, able to develop and deliver their agenda. This leader must have a diverse background in Sales, Commercial and Marketing and have excellent relationship management skills with a proven track record of results in customer experience. Broad understanding of the various Direct-Store-Delivery routes to market and/or B2C environment is critical to support the development of the KDP portfolio of brands with a laser-like focus on growth of our brands, business, and our people.
The Territory Sales Leader must excel in strategic planning and execution on a territory level while achieving Business Unit goals as well as broader KDP priorities. This individual sets direction for the team and creates proactive solutions to achieve these goals. This role will lead the creation and delivery of the business unit's long-term agenda and short-term activity plan while minimizing costs through an effective operating strategy.
This individual consistently demonstrates KDP values and competencies, builds a high-trust and high-performing culture. Critical also to the success of this role is the partnership they must create with the broader organization. This role will work closely and cross-functionally with the Sales Operations leadership team. The ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners, such as Sales Operations, Sales Effectiveness, Supply Chain, National Sales Teams, Finance, Marketing, and HR, is critical as this role will be driving both strategic and executional direction for the Territory, Region and Business Unit while being mindful of KDP wide enterprise priorities and goals.
- This position will be based out of our Las Vegas, NV facility and supporting stores in Greater Las, Vegas, NV, portion of western Arizona, Blythe, CA and surrounding areas
- Will directly manage teams located in Las Vegas, NV
- Will directly manage a team of 7 direct reports: indirectly accountable for staff of up to 110-115
- This position will be working 5 consecutive days
Accountabilities:
- Lead, coach and develop team to deliver top-notch execution and achieve sales excellence
- Drive decision-making that will lead to enhancements and process improvements
- Leverage consumer insights to develop programs that will increase conversion at the point of purchase and measure the effectiveness of account-specific programs.
- Build a high-performing team and build bench strength for future leadership roles - ability to identify top talent, provide ongoing coaching/feedback, manage dynamic change, identify training needs to enhance skill sets, and conduct career path discussions and progression planning.

Total Rewards:
- Salary Range: $130,700 - $160,000 / year

Description
The Customer Service Administrator supports the Sales and Customer Service teams by accurately processing customer orders and maintaining complete documentation. This role ensures orders move smoothly from quote to booking and serves as a key internal link between Sales, Customer Service, and Document Control.
Key Responsibilities
Order Entry & Accuracy
- Review all confirmed customer purchase orders for accuracy and completeness.
- Accurately enter sales orders into the ERP system daily.
- Maintain an order entry error rate of no more than 3%.
- Meet daily order entry timelines.
Order Review & Record Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the ERP system.
- Run the open order report daily and ensure all required fields are complete.
- Validate and review orders received through the API feed for accuracy and completeness
Documentation & Compliance
- Complete the Quote Record (QR) process and submit final documentation to Document Control as required.
- File customer documentation on the company file server daily.
- Ensure all order documentation is complete and audit ready.
Team & Administrative Support
- Support Program Managers as needed.
- Draft internal documents, prepare reports, and provide general administrative support.
- Communicate clearly with Sales, Customer Service, and Document Control to resolve order issues quickly.
- Participate in process improvement efforts and help track service metrics.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales support, or order administration preferred.
- Basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working with ERP (Syteline) systems preferred.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Greet every customer with a smile, thank them for their business, and invite them back.
- Provide shift coverage across multiple stores as needed.
- Deliver fast, friendly service and assist customers with product information.
- Ring up purchases accurately and apply promotions/discounts while following all laws related to restricted sales (alcohol, tobacco, etc.).

Job Description:Rite-HiteService Technicianswill install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities. In addition, Service Technicians act as a technical resource for our customers and our sales force. The pay range for this position is $20-35. We take geographic differentials into consideration in areas of higher cost of living. We offer nine paid holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve). New employees are eligible for up to two weeks of vacation (pro-rated based on hire date within 1st year of employment). We offer additional paid time off based on tenure. Required Experience:Rite-Hitesells the best and we hire the best. This position requires experience welding and working with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Prior experience in the repair or installation of industrial equipment is preferred. Selected candidate must be able to work independently in a field environment. Good customer service skills are required. This position requires the ability to work outdoors, at heights, and lift up to 100 pounds. As this position requires driving a company vehicle, a pre-employment drug test and clean driving record are required, as is a DOT physical.

The hiring range for this position in USA-NV-Sparks is $23.35-$32.10 per hour based on a 40-hour work week. The number of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs.
