Purpose:

As a Cashier (Customer Service Associate), you are the first and final interaction for Floor & Decor's customers. Our Cashiers are responsible for providing excellent customer service through greeting customers, checking out customers, handling product returns, performing basic cash office functions and providing every customer with an exceptional experience. Primary Responsibilities:

• Customer Service & Sales - Greets and assists customers while providing excellent customer service. Demonstrates WORTH behaviors consistently. Partners where needed for additional support. • Performance Standards - Supports company shrink and safety initiatives. Meets established performance standards for the role on a consistent basis, including (but not limited to) the companys iCAP program, product and service sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance.
