Food and food service delivery drivers fulfill a critical role in the country’s food supply chain. Our delivery drivers not only make sure the customers’ products arrive at their destination at the arranged times and in good condition, but they are the face of our company – building lasting relationships with our customers!
Driver is responsible for driving a tractor trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate local, over-the-road (OTR), shuttle, and overnight and drive and drop routes for the purpose of delivering and/or unloading food and food related products to customers in a safe and timely manner and in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Communicates and interacts with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner.
- Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.
- Performs all required safety checks (i.e., pre/post trip) including inspections of tractor/truck and trailer according to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations; inspects tractor/truck and trailer to insure they meet company safety standards and take appropriate action as needed.
- Reports all safety issues and/or repairs required.
- Follows all DOT regulations and company safe driving guidelines and policies.
- Immediately reports all safety hazards. Inspects trailer for properly loaded and secured freight.
- Performs count check of items and check customer invoices of products that have been loaded.
- Checks and completes in an accurate and in legible fashion all required paperwork associated with freight.
- Moves tractor to the loading dock and attach preloaded trailer as needed.
- Drives to and delivers customer orders according to predetermined route delivery schedule.
- Unloads products from the trailer, transports items into designated customer storage areas.
- Performs damage control checks on items, scans, and contact supervisor about removing orders according to company policy.
- Verifies delivery of items with customer and obtain proper signatures.
- Collects money (cash or checks) where required. Loads customer returns on to trailer and secures trailer doors.
- Ensures that tractor, trailer, and freight are appropriately locked and/or always secured.
- Unloads damaged goods and customer returns and bring to the driver check-in and complete necessary paperwork. Unloads all equipment, materials and remove trash from trailers as required.
- Completes daily record of hours of service and enter in log in accordance with Federal DOT, state, and company requirements.
- Performs general housekeeping duties in tractor, loading dock area and keep trailers clear and clean as required.
- At the end of the shift secure all equipment and complete all necessary paperwork.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• 12+ months commercial driving experience• High school diploma/GED or state approved equivalent
• Valid CDL A
• Meet all State licensing and/or certification requirements (where applicable)
• Must be 21 years of age
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check

Description
The Purchasing Manager’s function is to manage supply of procured materials, equipment, and supplies to meet the dynamic demand requirements for all of our business units (Residential, Commercial, Roofing, Service). This includes (but is not limited to) releasing purchase orders to correspond with scheduled projects, monitoring and managing inventory levels for stock materials, and releasing resupply orders as needed. The Purchasing Manager seeks and qualifies new suppliers and materials and establishes and maintains effective relationships with our Supply partners. They are responsible for negotiating advantageous pricing and terms with all suppliers to maintain reliable supply of goods at highly-competitive prices. The Purchasing Manager reports to Vice President Operations.
Responsibilities & Essential Functions
Manage a Senior Buyer and any future additional purchasing professionals.
Routine coordination with project schedules to ensure materials readiness.
Routine coordination with the Project Management teams to ensure materials are forecasted and procured-to-order for timely delivery and at delivered costs within budget.
Serve as backup for the Director of Warehousing/Materials.
Daily coordination with Warehouse(s) on shortages, inventory adjustments, resupply needs, Kanban management, returned goods, etc.
Manage the RMA (returned goods) process.
Collaborates closely with Design and Sales/Marketing teams to identify products appropriate for offering.
Reschedule requests, expedites, deferrals, and cancellations with suppliers as needed.
Identifies sources, obtains estimates and planning information for alternative or custom materials.
Maintains effective working relationships with existing supply partners. Establishes and reviews supplier performance reporting and collaborates to drive continuous improvement.
Perform BOM (Bill of Material) adjustments as-needed to reflect “as built” projects.
Perform routine forecast projections of supply and demand of key commodities.
Manage restocking levels (in concert with Director Warehousing) and inventory levels/valuation.
Evaluate and manage logistics to, and between, company facilities and customers.
In conjunction with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), seek new sources or innovative new materials, establish pro-forma pricing as needed, and execute implementation of new products or substitutions while minimizing risk of obsolescence.

Skills/Qualifications:
5+ years of purchasing experience and knowledge in solar or electrical industries, or equivalent experience and education to be considered.
Experience with industrial components (preferred).
Proven experience with multi-site operations in businesses in excess of $25M revenue.
Thorough understanding of ERP/MRP techniques, Inventory Management, and Lean Manufacturing concepts.
Outstanding negotiation and communication skills with ability to maintain effective working relationships with internal and external resources at all levels.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and meeting/goal deadlines.
Able to travel to satellite offices, suppliers, and industry/supplier expositions as required.

This role will work with our operations team to drive results through reporting, analysis and process development. Major responsibilities include monthly reporting, ad hoc analysis and assistance in driving strategic initiatives throughout the organization. The Treasury Management Sales Officer I is responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining treasury business banking relationships with Nicolet National Bank. Partnering and building relationships with other business lines to help with cross sales of Treasury Management products and services.
As a Treasury Management Sales Officer I, you will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying new and existing commercial customers and determines what products and services would best meet their financial needs. Looking for opportunities to cross-sell and refer to other business lines.
- Planning and implementing a call schedule for those identified customers. The plan should include calling on customers with Commercial Bankers and annual reviews of products, services, and changes in their business with current customers.
- Developing a business plan for region to grow and maintain profitable relationships. Including call schedule as part of the plan.
- Meeting assigned annual sales goals to generate $5 - $10 million in core commercial deposits including DDA, MM and SAV and self-source two or more new commercial relationships.
- Leading and coordinating RFP requests on institutions, public funds/municipalities, and commercial companies.
- Ensuring and supporting the timely implementation of business product offerings, ensures the completion of applications and agreements, follows up to make sure everything is on schedule and may assist with installation of equipment.

Hiring Pay Range: $60,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year

Renal Denervation (RDN) is an innovative procedure that helps patients lower their blood pressure by targeting specific overactive nerves near the kidneys, which can lead to hypertensiona global epidemic affecting up to half of all adults.
The Principal Program Marketing Specialist will lead strategic customer education initiatives for Symplicity, with a focused emphasis on regional and national Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), Veterans Affairs (VA), and other designated account groups. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong background in program development and execution, adept at aligning initiatives with organizational goals to deliver impactful educational programs. The specialist will also support reimbursement education efforts and manage the implementation of ACC/AHA guidelines. Additionally, they will demonstrate flexibility to support and manage other strategic initiatives that significantly impact the business.
A Day in the Life:
- Develop and implement customer education initiatives targeting regional and national IDNs, VAs, and other strategic groups. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
- Design and execute educational programs that address implementation of guidelines, reimbursement milestones, and other key initiatives. Tailor programs to meet the unique needs of each audience.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program success and alignment with strategic objectives. Build strong relationships with key partners to facilitate program execution.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for expanding educational outreach and enhancing program impact. Use insights to inform program development and execution strategies.
- Develop and track performance metrics to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Report outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance program offerings and ensure they remain relevant and impactful.
- Responsible for compliance and documentation for programs.
- Travel required to support Programs, Conferences, POA Meetings, Rep Training.
- Ability to travel as needed, up to 25% of the time.
Qualifications:
Must Have:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 7+ years of experience in Customer Education, Program Management, Marketing, or Sales role in a medical device or healthcare industry (5+ years with Advanced Degree).
Nice to Have:
- Masters or other Advanced Degree.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive strategic initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders and build partnerships.
- Analytical skills to conduct market analysis and develop performance metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$117,600.00 - $176,400.00 This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
