A typical day for our Sales Representative includes utilizing our advanced lead management system to engage with business owners and discuss essential life and supplemental health benefits tailored for their employees. This role operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, contributing to a unique program that guarantees mutual benefits for our clients and the entire community.

Your Earnings:

The anticipated average annual income for a first-year Sales Representative at The Cauble Phelps Agencies is approximately $50,000, with potential management positions earning $100,000 or more annually. You will also access pathways to agency ownership, where the clients you manage represent long-lasting and rewarding professional relationships. Additionally, your income includes residual payments for the duration of our programs, providing a lucrative and secure retirement plan with full vesting after a decade of service.
