The Product Support Specialist partners closely with the Customer Service leadership team and acts as a key technical resource for both internal teams and external partners. This role supports customers, installers, designers, distributors, and end users by delivering expert guidance across the company’s flooring systems and adhesive solutions.
This position focuses on technical problem-solving, product guidance, and issue resolution related to flooring installations, including materials performance, application methods, site conditions, warranties, and quality concerns.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Product Technical Support & Issue Resolution:
- Respond to incoming technical questions related to flooring installation systems and adhesive products
- Serve as a technical resource for internal departments and external partners throughout the installation lifecycle
- Promote and follow all applicable Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures
- Claims & Field Issue Management:
- Gather, review, and document claim details including jobsite conditions, installation practices, substrate information, and product usage
- Route complex issues or field investigations to the appropriate regional technical representative
- Carry out approved resolutions such as material replacement, credits, refunds, or alternative corrective actions
- Track active cases and drive timely closure within established resolution timelines
- Assist with product quality initiatives, including recalls or corrective action programs, as needed
- Product Knowledge & Technical Expertise:
- Maintain strong working knowledge of current and legacy adhesive and flooring-related products
- Stay informed on industry standards, competitive offerings, and market trends within construction materials
- Provide accurate guidance on application requirements, technical data, performance expectations, warranties, and distribution pathways
- Identify recurring trends or field feedback and communicate opportunities for product or process improvement
- Support updates to technical materials such as installation guides, labels, packaging, and data sheets
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required
- At least five (5) years of experience in a technical support, customer-facing, or sales-related role within a manufacturing environment
- Experience within flooring, construction products, or adhesives is strongly preferred
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows-based systems

ResponsibilitiesLEAD TEAM MEMBER GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Lead Team Member helps maintain a clean, well-organized store and helps create a customer first store culture through exceptional store standards. - Clean the store; take out trash; dust and mop store floors; clean restroom and stockroom; and help set up sidewalk displays.
- Open and close the store under specific direction of the Store Team Leader and Assistant Team Leader in the Store Team Leader's absence.

With moderate supervision, the Retail Keyholder assists the store management team in executing and supervising all store activities. - Process defectives/recalls, and stock pulls accurately and promptly, ensuring that all boxes are properly labeled and include packing lists.
- Visually inspect associates' and leaders' packages and/or belongings at store closing or at the end of a shift.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to Sales Associates in the absence of management.
- Consistently adhere to GameStop policies and procedures, including, but not limited to, all policies and procedures in the Associate Handbook and the Code of Standards, Ethics & Conduct.
- Follow all opening and closing procedures.

The Director of Manufacturing Operations is responsible for end-to-end manufacturing execution and scale for DeNova Detect’s life-safety product portfolio. This role ensures that products are built safely, on time, on cost, and in compliance, while building a resilient manufacturing ecosystem capable of supporting rapid growth across retail, commercial, utility, and legislative-driven demand.
This leader serves as the operational bridge between engineering, supply chain, quality, regulatory, and commercial teams, translating product strategy into reliable, scalable production.
Core Responsibilities
Manufacturing & Production Leadership
- Own global manufacturing strategy across internal and contract manufacturing partners
- Establish and manage production plans aligned with sales forecasts and launch timelines
- Ensure consistent achievement of cost, quality, delivery, and yield targets
- Lead capacity planning to support demand surges driven by retail promotions, legislation, or national media exposure
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
Contract Manufacturer & Supplier Management
- Select, onboard, and manage contract manufacturers (CMs) and key component suppliers
- Negotiate manufacturing agreements, pricing, lead times, and service-level expectations
- Implement performance scorecards for CMs and suppliers (OTIF, quality, cost, responsiveness)
- Conduct regular audits and business reviews to ensure compliance and risk mitigation
Quality, Compliance & Regulatory Readiness
- Ensure manufacturing processes comply with all applicable standards and certifications, including:
- UL /ETL (as applicable)
- State and federal life-safety regulations
- Partner with internal teams to support certifications, audits, and change control
- Ensure all NCE Quality Control metrics are met or exceeded
- Implement continuous improvement process for quality and manufacturing
- Own manufacturing-related corrective actions (CAPAs), root cause analysis, and preventive controls
New Product Introduction (NPI) & Scale-Up
- Lead manufacturing readiness for new product introductions from pilot builds through mass production

- Identify and mitigate manufacturing risks (single-source suppliers, geopolitical risk, capacity constraints)

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as a key operational voice in executive planning and growth discussions

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in:
- Consumer electronics
- Life-safety, IoT, or regulated hardware products
- Proven experience managing contract manufacturers and global supply partners
- Strong working knowledge of regulated manufacturing environments
- Demonstrated success scaling production in high-growth environments

The Master Data Management Specialist (MDM Specialist) will also focus on setting up, creating, maintaining, updating and organizing the master material records by collaborating with all applicable parties for the proper Product Lifecycle Management. With an emphasis on supporting production requirements, quicker new product launches, elimination and control of duplicate record, this role will need to engage with other G+D sites and material central teams.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of Master Data management or Supply Change Management.
- 1+ years of SAP experience would be a plus.
- Strong Excel and database building/navigating skills.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Master Data Management Specialist will be responsible for the proper configuration, setup, organization, creation and maintenance of systems’ Master Data for the materials, planning, production for warehousing and, shipping.
- Support Design Review (DSR) meetings to ensure proper Sales Order Configuration setup.
- Verifying accuracy of MMR with regard to sales orders and applicable production orders.
- Troubleshoot issues with materials, configurations, orders, etc.
- Transact proper material introduction into SAP thru ProPLMClient from ProNovia.
- Manage the access and roles to systems & applications (Authorizations), e.g. SAP ECC.
- Foresee the necessary changes for variant configuration objects to adapt them better to business needs and request them to central.
- Support production requirements, quicker new product launches, elimination and control of duplicate records.
- Support the introduction of new systems specially in the data consistency side of it and the testing.
- Support the creation and distribution of reports as required.
- Documenting SAP processes related to Master Data. Develop and deliver clear, concise, and effective end user training and associated training materials.
- Partners with department managers to fully understand user functionality, pain points, and areas with opportunity for improvement. Provide training and extensive support to end-users, ensuring optimal utilization of the implemented SAP and other systems’ functionalities.
- Prepare reports, or deliver presentations, about their recommended approach (or modifications), including creation of proposals to change current SAP ePayments template and specifying benefit evaluation. Deployment of approved changes & functionalities in the organization.
- Collaborate with Finance for costing related topics.
- Assurance of local process adherence according to the established “template”.
- Continues to learn and develop technical SAP and business expertise.
- Establish and maintain a North American key user community (US and Canada) and foster and exchange with other global key user communities

The general manager is responsible for the oversight of gym operations to ensure an excellent member experience as well as manage a financially successful gym in a non-judgmental environment. The general manager will be accountable for leading a team at gym level in a positive, motivating manner with a focus on gym operations, sales and employee training and development.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong teams by networking, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring managers and team members.
- Direct management of team, including setting weekly management schedules and assigning areas of responsibility to team members.
- Oversee and maintain training standards and coach and develop team members to drive sales performance.
- Consistent development and coaching of team members, including training in employment policies and practices.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of fitness facility management experience.
- Experience with supervising a team.
- Experience with business operations such as finance, administration, and labor management.
- CPR/AED certification
- Ability to take assertive action to accomplish objectives, innovate and solve problems.
- Knowledge of key metrics and drivers to grow the gym level business.
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite or similar software
Reporting Structure:
- Reports directly to the Regional Operations Director and President.
- Works in conjunction with the Fit Fusion management team.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
