As a senior consultant in Deloitte's business finance fp&a advise offering, you will engage with diverse global clients across industries to shape fp&a strategy and help translate it into measurable outcomes. The team:

The business finance fp&a advise team is responsible for defining the strategic vision and execution of fp&a organizations, including business requirements, process design, and quality control and oversight of enabling technology solutions. The team brings an end-to-end perspective spanning data, process, technology, people, and ai opportunities to help clients modernize fp&a capabilities and decision support.

Our business finance offering helps drive strategic value through financial planning, forecasting, and analytics capabilities. By leveraging next-gen processes, scalable data platforms, and ai, our clients deliver accurate, timely, and actionable insights.

Required:

4+ years' experience in a corporate fp&a, business finance or consulting firm environment

2+ years managing finance processes and reporting

2+ years end-user or implementation experience with cloud-based epm software solutions (e.g., oracle epm)

bachelor's degree from an accredited university

Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth and fostering strategic partnerships for Brookaire in the Pittsburgh and surrounding markets. This role requires a dynamic individual who can identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain client relationships, and contribute to the overall success of our company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a strong business acumen within the Pittsburgh area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through face to face selling and phone outreach.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customer base. Identify areas of growth and flag areas of concern / decline.
  • Create and implement effective strategies to drive growth and increase revenue for Key Accounts.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives including Phone Calls and Customer visits.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close business deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and potential risks.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and report back regularly to management.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote Brookaire's services.


Qualifications:


Requirements:

  • High School Education. Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Proven track record of at least 3 years of successful business development or sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

ABOUT THE POSITION OF STORE MANAGER


Automotive Store Managers are responsible for the management of a retail store location and ensuring maximum profitability by driving sales, monitoring inventory and expenses, managing personnel and controlling operating costs. In addition to implementing and managing sales programs, our Store Managers direct the work of technicians and mechanics to ensure the timely and safe completion of high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance. To advance Midas's sales initiatives, Store Managers communicate directly with customers, assess customer needs, provide information regarding requested and/or necessary automotive repairs and maintenance and ensure complete customer satisfaction. With our revolutionary digital dashboard, Store Managers can track their personal success and watch their weekly earnings grow as grow they lead by example to reinforce Midas's position as the premiere tire and auto service retailer.


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR


  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in retail store management, or a relevant combination of education, training and experience.
  • Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Physical Ability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
