Your Impact
The Sales Enablement consultant supports the success of Lowe’s Pro B2B Sales organization by developing and executing enablement programs, communications, and operational initiatives that improve sales effectiveness.
This role acts as a key liaison between sales leadership, communications, operations, and training teams to ensure the Pro sales organization has the tools, messaging, and resources needed to drive performance. The role partners closely with senior leadership to manage initiatives, implement new processes, and deliver enablement programs that support field sales teams.

What You Will Do
Sales Enablement & Training

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Qualifications

The Carowinds Merchandise Department focuses on offering a great shopping experience and we thrive on teaching Merchandising skill with setting up displays that everyone can enjoy and shop from. As part of the team, you'll create special memories for guests when you help find the perfect memento of their visit! You'll also:
- Demonstrate and sell merchandise to guests utilizing knowledge of products.
- Conduct sales transactions on POS (point of sales) system.
- Display merchandise and suggest products to guests emphasizing key selling points or sales promotions.
- Stock shelves, fixtures, gondolas, counters and racks with merchandise. Retrieve boxed merchandise from back storage areas to stock the sales floor.

The Carowinds Games Department focuses on Guest interaction by encouraging them to play midway games. We thrive in a high energy competitive environment where we draw attention to our games with the use of microphones and other salesmanship techniques. As part of the team, you're selling an experience whether win or lose, the Guest's time will be memorable! You'll also:
- Explain and demonstrate games to customers, conducts sales transactions for guests to play the game, and provides guests with game supplies/equipment needed to play.
- Determine winners, records winners, and distributes prizes.
- Maintain appropriate levels of stock; moves and organizes stock in stockrooms; assists supervisor with inventory counts.

In this role, you'll create an energy that is both welcoming and exciting by taking pride in offering our guests a diverse and seasonally-inspired beverage menu, a warm conversation, and helpful suggestions. When you shine, our guests will look forward to relaxing with you after a long day. You'll also:
- Making drinks, pouring beer& wine, and taking care of corporate and leisure guests at the bar.
- Tapping beer kegs and serving draft beer and bottled alcoholic beverages.
- Taking orders and serving bar bites prepared by the cook
- Monitoring and managing alcohol sales and consumption consistent with NC Liquor Laws, including checking proper identification for the minimum age requirement of 21 years to purchase alcohol.
- Some heavy lifting is involved such as carrying beer kegs and cases
- Keeping bar, preparation, and other assigned areas clean, orderly and well stocked at all times.
- Balance shift reports and cash drawer, process credit card payments
- Answering general guest questions and providing information about the property, park and local area
- Pre and post shift clean up

Makes regular field visits to monitor employee performance and policy compliance and resolving various operational issues.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures the safety of our guests and employees by ensuring that all employees are operating according to the policies and procedures outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures manual; directs employee actions during emergency
situations and resolves operational concerns. - Supervises daily work performance of Ride Operators; provides coaching and counseling regarding performance and disciplinary situations; provides credible input into discipline, promotion, demotion and termination
decisions; prepares and conducts job performance evaluations for direct and indirect reports. - Ensures guest satisfaction by responding and resolving guest concerns quickly, coordinating other departments' actions that can impact Ride Operations, and making decisions that resolve issues that arise in the daily operation.
- Makes daily downward adjustments and recommendations for upward adjustments to labor levels based on attendance and sales to meet cost center specific goals.
- Reviews daily, weekly, and monthly department paperwork and reports.
- Provides guest service according to Cedar Fair standards when serving the guest or working with subordinates, including
initiating guest interactions, answering questions and giving directions.
