Delivery Driver's primary responsibility is to deliver sandwiches to customers in the designated delivery area. Drivers are expected to check all products for accuracy against quality standards and deliver products to customers in a safe, courteous and timely manner. Drivers will also work as an In Shopper when no deliveries are scheduled.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Takes telephone orders and completes delivery tickets in a courteous and timely manner
- Delivers sandwich orders to customers in a safe, courteous and timely manner in established delivery area only
- Accepts payment from customers for orders
- Works with management at the end of the shift to reconcile cash from delivery sales

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Work Environment:
Must be able to speak, read and write the English language fluently and clearly. Ability to use basic math, addition and subtraction, understand basic fractions.
Required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk, hear, close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and depth perception. Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, lift up to 50 pounds.

American Wood Fibers (AWF) is a manufacturer of both consumer and industrial products that are sold to multiple manufacturers as well as pet, agricultural, and home-heating markets. AWF is comprised of 450+ employees and holds operations at 11 locations, generating over $100M in annual sales revenue. We are currently seeking a candidate for the Regional Truck Driver with CDL Class A role our Circleville, OH facility.
Essential ResponsibilitiesDuties to include but not limited to the following:
I. Receipt and Delivery of Materials
- Deliver and pick up bulk/packaged material from suppliers or to customers in a safe, legal, and fuel-efficient manner
- Assist with loading or unloading of trailer using walking floor and sometimes pallet jack
- Required to stay up to date with commercial driving regulations and required skills to perform the driving position
- Must be able to climb ladder and roll/unroll tarps
II. Paperwork
- Maintain accurate log book according to ICC regulations, Driver's Trip Record and fuel reports
III. Communication
- Work with dispatcher on scheduling and providing feedback regarding changes
- Inspects truck and trailer for defects before and after trips and informs maintenance of any defects or problems.
- Works with Dispatcher to set up trucking schedule. Provides feedback regarding changes in scheduling, delivery, pick up or unloading times.
IV. Personal Growth and Development
- Responsible for staying up-to-date with commercial driving regulations and required skills.
- Attends and participates in scheduled driver and safety meetings.
- Establishes good rapport with customers/suppliers while providing feedback regarding customers/suppliers needs.

V. Physical Requirements
- Ability to climb ladders to load trailers and roll tarp on the trailers and climb into the back of trailers. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

The Shipping Clerk will ensure accurate, timely, and compliant preparation, tracking, and documentation of outbound customer shipments. This role contributes to maintaining process conformity, traceability, and customer satisfaction through effective coordination with internal and external partners
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, verify, and organize shipping documents (Sales Work) to support error-free order fulfillment.
- Accurately print and apply labels for standard and special orders in compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor open work orders, identify part shortages, and request warehouse transfers when necessary.
- Maintain clear communication regarding shipping terms (FOB/MOD) and resolve discrepancies with Customer Service and Billing.
- Coordinate with the Export Documentation Provider to ensure the required paperwork is completed for international shipments.
- Ensure records of outbound shipments are accurately maintained and easily retrievable to support audits and traceability requirements.
- Crosstrain and assist in physical shipping duties including picking, packing, and preparing materials when needed.
- Support internal continuous improvement activities by identifying inefficiencies or potential quality issues.
- Process all completed work through the billing process
- Route product for pick-up utilizing Kinedyne’s TMS or customer based TMS
- Coordinate with C/S on Export orders to ensure all documentation is correct and complete
- Identify and request part transfers between warehouses
- Print labels per customer requirements
- Maintain status of all open work, provide EOS report of upcoming work to be completed.
- Perform any additional duties as defined by the Warehouse Supervisor
- Comply with safety, environmental, and quality system procedures.
- Coordinate directly with cross-functional teams (e.g., Customer Service, Billing, Inventory Control).
- Escalate order discrepancies, part shortages, or documentation issues to management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be able to communicate accurately and work in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Skill Requirements:
- Functional literacy in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Basic math proficiency including counting, addition, subtraction, and measuring.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Summary:
The Accounts Payable Manager oversees the daily operations of the accounts payable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements, while maintaining a strong business partnering relationship with Procurement and other areas within the company ports. This role is responsible for maintaining strong internal controls, managing vendor relationships, and leading a team of AP analysts and AP specialists to support the companys financial operations. It also oversees the annual AP-related IRS tax reporting, Connecticut Sales tax reporting, and quarterly and year-end AP accrual reporting, as well as any special projects.
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, including hands-on experience designing, building, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice processing, payment runs, and expense reimbursements andmakes recommendations on hiring, performance appraisals, and all related employment issues.
- Supervise and mentor AP staff, providing training, performance feedback, and development opportunities.
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining systems, procedures and internal controls (AP-related) to ensure adherence to companypolicies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements and drivingprocess improvements through effective use of systems.
- Design, track, and analyze AP-related KPIs and operational metrics, using data-driven insights to enhance process accuracy, efficiency, and control performance.

- Oversee quarterly and year-end AP accrual reporting and performing account reconciliations, resolving discrepancies.
- Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Research and respond to inquiries from K of C staff and vendors; resolves issues.
