Compensation Pay Range: $11.13 - $20.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual, quarterly performance, or premiums may be paid in amounts ranging per hour in specific circumstances. The Parts Specialist will provide all retail and installer customers with a high level of service. This position will also support store management in the accomplishment of assigned tasks. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Essential Job Functions:
- Follow and promote all company customer service programs.
- Promptly greet retail/walk-in customers in a friendly, courteous manner and assist them in their selection of merchandise.
- Assist managers and/or installer service specialists in serving the professional customers as needed and directed.
- Complete assigned company training relevant to position.
- Provide excellent service to customers calling the store on the phone by answering all calls according to company policy, accurately looking up parts and quote prices, recommending premium and related items, and offering the Low-Price Guarantee.
- Responsible for accurately maintaining and securing the cash drawer, accepting cash and/or checks, accurately making change, and processing credit card transactions.
- Process exchanges and returns for credit in a friendly manner, and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
- Assist with the completion of daily image maker, and planogram updates, including freight receival, stocking shelves, fronting and facing, cleaning, etc.
- Perform various daily operational tasks, i.e., prepare new, core, and warranty merchandise returns to be shipped to the distribution center, assist with monthly stock adjustments, inventory cycle counts, etc.
- Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment after corresponding training is completed and company requirements are met.
- Perform various in-store services for customers (where state and local laws allow) - (i.e.; install wipers, test and charge batteries, test charging system, scan vehicle trouble codes, replace headlight capsules, etc.)
- Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle to make deliveries (Driving record must meet the company mandated driving eligibility requirements) when business needs dictate.
- All other duties as assigned.

The National Sales Manager for the Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO's), is responsible for strategic account management, partnership development, and revenue growth across key GPO's, including: Vizient, Premier, HPSI, Avendra, and others, with a focus on their primary end-user segments: Healthcare (Hospitals, Senior Living) and Lodging/Hospitality. Key responsibilities for this position include:
Account Ownership: Serve as the primary, day-to-day headquarters contact for key decision-makers across the Healthcare & Lodging GPO space and manage the customer relationships at their headquarters. Coordinator helps protect our shop’s production time while delivering an exceptional client
experience.

Key Responsibilities
Job Intake & Documentation
● Accurately intake all repair and custom jewelry jobs
● Document job details, client expectations, and required information
● Maintain and update internal tracking systems for repair and custom work
Client Communication
● Set and confirm realistic timelines with clients
● Provide proactive updates regarding job progress
● Communicate delays or changes clearly and professionally
Workflow Coordination
● Serve as the primary point of contact between the sales team and shop production
● Coordinate the movement of jobs from intake through completion
● Schedule and coordinate client pickups and deliveries
Operations Support
● Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients as appropriate
● Coordinate outsourced watch repairs and external services
● Maintain accurate records and documentation for all jobs

● High percentage of on-time job completion

● Reduced interruptions to shop production staff

This Role Does Not
● Perform jewelry bench work

Role Description
KEB America is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer – Manufacturing for a full‑time, on‑site role based in Shakopee, MN. This position is responsible for coordinating and supporting quality improvement initiatives, assisting with the Quality Management System, and analyzing data to drive continuous improvement.
The Quality Assurance Engineer will support a wide range of activities within the Quality Department and is expected to have a solid working knowledge of inspection tools, measurement equipment, and manufacturing quality processes.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- 2+ years of engineering experience preferred; prior Quality Engineering experience is a plus
- Familiarity with manufacturing environments and quality systems
Technical Skills
- Working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic math skills, including standard and metric measurements
- Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical data, instruction manuals, and test procedures

The Lead Teller maintains an accurate record of all cash exchanges and balancing of the vault to include ordering and tracking required levels of cash and orders of cash from the Federal Reserve Bank. They are responsible for timely completion of branch certification, serves as role model for new staff, right-hand for branch manager, and provides direction on the teller line and approval or over-ride authority for transaction and cash disbursement.
Schedule: Full-time Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm and rotating Saturdays from 8:45am-12:15pm.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Consistently provides high quality client service while effectively processing transactions and supporting sales.
- Maintains accurate records of all cash exchanges and balancing of the vault to include ordering and tracking required levels of cash.
- Responsible for timely completion of branch certification.
- Provides direction to the teller line and approval or over-ride authority for transaction and cash disbursement.
- Records all transactions, prepares daily settlements of teller cash, and proofs transactions according to branch procedures.
- Processes transactions for various bank products and services including the following: deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier checks, money orders, and credit card cash advances.
- Performs clerical duties such as answering calls, processing incoming mail and deliveries, filing, and typing.
Experience and Education
- A minimum of one year of demonstrated cash handling experience, preferably in a Teller role.
- Basic knowledge of branch operations; related experience may be considered.
- Previous lead or supervisor experience, preferred.
- Previous sales experience, preferred.
- In pursuit of a high school diploma or its equivalent is required.
The expected starting range for this role is $19.00-$23.00 per hour. Compensation decisions will be based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and education, which may determine where within the range the starting pay will fall.
