What you’ll own:
LoanPro’s Enterprise Account Executive (EAE) is responsible for selling our cutting-edge loan management software to enterprise-level clients. The EAE will primarily focus on driving revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities. The EAE will be responsible for the continuation of revenue growth for LoanPro. EAEs should be a specialist in LoanPro products and services in order to clearly communicate product value to customers and prospects. They work to understand the needs of prospects and determine whether our solutions can meet those needs. The EAE works with multiple internal teams to ensure the highest level of service is delivered to the current and future clients. They are a trusted resource for both internal and external clients. They develop relationships with prospects, acting as their main point of contact within LoanPro from initial outreach or AE handoff, through the sales process, to introducing them to Customer Success. They are also responsible for exemplifying excellent customer service and the Company core values, culture, policy and procedures at all times.
Essential Job Functions:
- Take ownership of deep learning about our software, its functions, and how it fulfills our customers' needs and how they use the product
- Identify and target potential enterprise-level clients in the financial services industry, fintech companies, and lending institutions.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders within target accounts.
- Understand the complex software as a service (SaaS) solutions and effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our loan management software.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales engineers and customer success managers, to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and market developments.
- Attend trade shows, client visits, and industry events to network and generate new leads.
- An essential function of this role requires onsite work to collaborate with other team members. Remote work can be conducted at managers discretion and in accordance with company hybrid policy.

- Develop an in-depth understanding of LoanPro, industry trends, and competition

- Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly metrics (appointments set, opportunities created, qualified leads, new contacts, calls per day, KPI, etc.)
- Answer questions about LoanPro processes and solutions with confidence and expertise
- Manage prospecting status, data integrity, and forecasting in Salesforce
- Drive pipeline growth through development of outbound leads
- Deliver quality and tailored demonstrations to mid-market and enterprise prospects based on their needs and priorities
- Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs
- Strong communication and positive team player approach
- Provide ideas/insights to management and sales to help facilitate growth of organization
- Stay on top of industry trends and develop a complete understanding of our current and potential Strategic Partners’ and our customers’ businesses

What you’ll need for success:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a similar field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated experience in selling complex SaaS solutions to multiple stakeholders and decision makers.
- Experience in the fintech, financial services industry, or lending is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to navigate a complex sales cycle.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for client visits, trade shows, and industry events.

The primary responsibility of an Account Executive is to obtain orders or contracts for Tradesmen’s services. Account Executives customarily and regularly perform this primary responsibility in the field by educating contractors about the Tradesmen International Value Proposition. The Account Executives are responsible for locating and bringing in new business, as well as maintaining Client relationships that increase the usage of Tradesmen International’s services and workforce.
Major Responsibilities
Create and grow sales
- Maintains and exceeds sales goals set by the Company.
- Communicates detailed Client needs to the Operations team.
- Generates sales leads and prospects for Clients
- Makes direct sales calls and presentations to Clients at their place of business. Educates Prospects and Clients about the relationship between the use of a highly skilled variable workforce and productivity and profitability.
- Registers new Clients according to the business plan and educates the Client about the benefits and terms of doing business with Tradesmen.
- Collects monies owed Tradesmen on a timely basis; hand delivers the first 6-8 invoices to new Clients until healthy payment pattern is established.
- Attends trade-related association and networking events; participates on association committees.
Encourages Additional Sales By Building Strong Client Relationships
- Follows up with registered Clients in order to build relationships, to create an initial order, and to keep Clients actively using Tradesmen when our Field Employees will be productive for them by regularly visiting the Client’s place of business and by other means.
- Builds ongoing relationships with each Client’s senior management, office personnel, and jobsite superintendents by regularly visiting the Client’s place of business and by other means.
- Conducts follow up communication with Client after Field Employee dispatch to ensure Client satisfaction and quality control.
- Delivers periodic Employee evaluations to Client.
- Decides how to deal with Client issues and complaints in a proactive and professional manner and with a sense of urgency.
Encourages additional sales by managing and building strong Field Employee relationships.
- Prepares Field Employees for assignments with Clients and walks them on to first jobs or new Clients.
- Builds Field Employee relationships by calling Working Employees at the end of the first day, visiting jobsites at least weekly and calling Available Employees to check on their status and assuring them we are looking for an assignment.
- Is aware at all times, in part through regular visits to the field, of which Field Employees are currently assigned to which jobsites; decides how to address Field Employees issues in a proactive, professional manner and with a sense of urgency.
Encourages additional sales by managing and transmitting information to support the sales process.
- Maintains Client sales files.
- Attends required meetings, including One on One meetings with General Manager or Sales Manager, Operations meetings, Business Development meetings, and Sales Training meetings.
- Completes a Sales Activity Report in the computer system weekly.
- Completes and presents a daily plan for the following week to the General Manager.
- Responds to any work-related injuries for investigation and report completion.
- Supports the recruitment process by encouraging Employee referrals from top Field Employees; hands out referral program literature as appropriate.
- Remains updated on, and adheres to, all procedures detailed in the Field Office Procedures Manual.
- Participates in field and classroom training activities within specified timeframes.
- Performs other duties as assigned by General Manger or Sales Manager.

We have an opportunity at our corporate offices in Chicago for a Sr. Product Manager on our Health Solutions team. This is a hybrid position reporting into our Chicago, IL office, requiring 3 days a week in the office.
As a Sr. Product Manager, you will provide analytical
oversight of the portfolio lifecycle and target markets for the Credentialing
Product Portfolio. This includes assessing and evaluating new opportunities and
markets for growth to support go-to-market planning and execution. Inform
product vision through analysis, execution, and implementation. Actively work with business
development, sales, and marketing teams on strategic initiatives and and
cross-functional alignment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Portfolio Analysis & Market Assessment
- Evaluate new markets for the AMA's credentialing business, inclusive of developing business and financial models along with supporting companion strategies for product development and launch.
- Lead defined product team efforts focusing on new data acquisition and credentials verification of non-physician clinician types to support credentialing offerings, developing business cases when appropriate.
- In conjunction with leadership and product and business development team, contribute to the development and enhancement of a multi-year product roadmap and build consensus and enthusiasm among stakeholders.
- Facilitate development of an innovation pipeline utilizing deep understanding of emerging trends in the health care marketplace to support innovation and inform positioning of AMA credentialing solutions for growth in evolving markets.
- Analyze and recommend approaches for maximizing market share and contribution margins in existing markets.
- Work with leaders across AMA (e.g., IT, Legal, Finance, and Advocacy) to support alignment of intiatives with technical capabilities, economic models and legal and compliance requirements.
Industry Analysis
- Stay current on industry trends, accreditation standards, regulations and customer needs and behaviors associated with the Credentialing Solutions Portfolio.
- Source third-party market research and analysis, as needed, working procurement to define needs and source market research and analysis work, including customer research, market analysis and competitor analysis.
- Produce analytical and product-focused presentations for both internal and external audiences.
- Collaborate with Account Management and Marketing to deliver value messaging linked to the targeted markets and segments.
- Provide key inputs to enable marketing to develop Sales Enablement and Channel Enablement materials aligned to the new solutions' value propositions. Manage creation of and ensure quality of product artifacts. Align product and go-to-market planning and execution.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or related field required; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of health care-focused experience in new product development and/or health care data industry.
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience supporting strategic growth initiatives.
- Strong business acumen to develop and communicate recommendations to leadership.
- Excellent data synthesis and financial modeling skills to critically analyze and interpret market research and other data, to inform the development of business cases and plans.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and solutions.
- Interpersonal skills and temperament to work collaboratively and cooperatively in a matrixed and complicated environment.
- Strong oral and written communications skills; able to express complex business concepts effectively. Strong presentation skills required to evangelize products in the marketplace.
