The Supplier Quality Engineer works under the accordance of Stäubli Corporation’s Quality Management System and ensure all aspects are respected within the purview for the role responsibilities. This position will manage, assess, and maintain supplier capabilities, deliveries and relationship on industrialized product ranges as well as new production growth. This role respects the standard and requirements internal to Stäubli and its customers for the assembly ranges including ensuring product traceability. This role also supports functional operations within Quality ensuring collaboration and alignment between all aspects of Stäubli’s QMS and production. May be responsible for occasionally performing functions on laboratory equipment. Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and 3-5 years’ experience in Quality Assurance or Engineering.In lieu of a degree, a high school diploma and 5+ years of recent Quality Engineering experience within a production or manufacturing environment.2+ years related manufacturing experience or plant experience within Supply Chain and/or Operations.Expertise in metrology equipment, uses and limitations (required). The Role: We are seeking a true closer. As our Remote Sales Manager, you won’t be managing the gym floor—you will be managing the phones. You will act as the bridge between a prospect’s initial interest and their first day in the facility, ensuring a seamless handoff to our on-site coaching staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Speed to Lead: Contact new inbound leads (from web forms, social media ads, etc.) within 5–10 minutes.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct deep-dive discovery calls to understand a prospect's "Why" and effectively communicate the value of our coaching programs.
- Closing: Confidently present membership options, handle objections, and secure credit card payments over the phone for month-to-month, 6-month, and 12-month paid-in-full memberships.
- Pipeline Management: Track all leads, follow-ups, and conversions meticulously using our gym management software (experience with PushPress is a plus).
- The Handoff: Create detailed member profiles and communicate effectively with the coaching team so every new member is greeted by name and set up for success on day one.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in B2C phone sales, specifically closing deals on the first or second call.
- A confident, assumptive closer who is comfortable asking for the credit card over the phone.
- Excellent active listening skills and the ability to navigate objections with empathy and authority.
