Construction Estimator

As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with the sales department to manage and schedule incoming estimate requests, ensuring bids are delivered on time and exceed expectations. Dive into architectural drawings to identify labor, material, and time requirements, and prepare bids, project specifications, contracts, and reports that showcase your expertise.

You'll also review subcontractor bids to ensure they align with homeowner expectations, job specifications, and our high company standards. Plus, you'll oversee the inventory of tools, equipment, and materials, ensuring smooth project execution.

Location: Long Beach Island, NJ

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000/year

Requirements:

·        Experience as an Estimator with a Professional Residential Construction Company.

·        Estimating software experience is a plus.

·        Possess comprehensive knowledge of custom residential products, services and

resources for building.

·        Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

·        Exceptional communication skills.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
