The Donor Relations Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing meaningful stewardship activities designed to increase philanthropic support of Akron Children's Hospital Foundation.
Responsibilities:
* Works with Foundation's vice president and directors in recommending, developing, implementing, and managing stewardship activities of the Akron Children's Hospital Foundation for donors at the $50,000 and above level.
* Works with hospital leadership, physicians, and departmental personnel to create and execute individualized stewardship experiences designed to help motivate additional major giving at the $100,000 and above level.
* Monetizes value of individual and group stewardship activities to meet ROI expectancies.
* Consults with development team to design and implement special recognition of donors to help motivate additional giving.
* Works with hospital accounting, finance and accounting departments, and service lines to create and write impact reports for gifts of $50,000 and above.
* Creates individualized and meaningful correspondence for the ACH president and CEO to acknowledge gifts of over $25,000 which totals $20 million in revenue annually.
* Designs and implements programs to offer systematic donor recognition activities such as annual reports, donor walls, naming plaques, and donor recognition events.
* Identifies and maintains recognition inventory for donor cultivation

As a member of our team, we are seeking a dependable and organized CDL-A truck driver who possesses a great deal of physical and mental stamina. As a CDL A Linehaul Driver, the successful candidate will primarily drive during overnight hours from terminal-to-terminal. JOB SUMMARY
The primary function of this role is to sell new contracts for sprinkler systems. The employee will be responsible for bidding contract work, creating job schedules, coordinating the delivery of tools, identifying and managing the personnel assigned to each project, and tracking labor efficiency. In addition, the individual will be responsible for representing the company at job progress meetings and initiating change orders. This position reports directly to the VP of Sprinkler Operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Sell new and used sprinkler system services to new and existing customers.
- Learn, understand, and interpret local, state, and national building fire codes to identify compliance issues at customer facilities and recommend solutions.
- Perform customer surveys as required/requested.
- Obtain all licensing required to perform job function, as applicable.
- Obtain manufacturers’ certifications required to perform job function, as applicable.
- Complete proper scheduling and execution of monthly calls as assigned by management.

An Associate Buyer is responsible for supporting brand initiatives, balancing the open to buy, and achieving all aspects of assigned financial targets. This individual will also be responsible for supporting a business with the potential to have ownership of a smaller business.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work with Buyer/Divisional Merchandise Manager to develop and implement business strategies necessary to meet or exceed financial goals for the assigned category and total company
- Partner with Product Development and Planning teams to assort products appropriate for business needs
- Work with planning partners to determine in-season product promotions and markdowns
- Partner with Planning to review order/sales projections alongside trends and future business strategies.
- Work with Buyer/Divisional Merchandise Manager to approve the unit's investment by style
- Build seasonal line plan, work cross functionally with planning partners to support through open to buy
- Partner with a Buyer to determine store distribution and selection of product mix in conjunction with Product Development, Planning, and Visual teams
- Responsible for allocating merchandise to stores or delegating to Assistant Buyer
- Clear knowledge of target customer and competitive market as related to product assortment and pricing
- Create, maintain, and report all product sales data for evaluation purposes as required by the Divisional Merchandise Manager and General Merchandise Manager
- Promptly respond to store personnel questions, comments, and requests via category inbox
- Collaborate with Store and Visual Managers to evaluate and maximize individual store sales based on product performance and mix, demographic, and target custom
- Responsible for catalog content, proofing, and collaborating with the marketing team as needed
- Other duties as may be determined by management to perform the necessary functions of the position on an as-needed basis

Requirements:
- 3+ years of Buying/Merchant experience
- College Degree (2 or 4 Years) in Business, Finance, Merchandising, or Design
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and the ability to learn and retain new computer systems in a timely manner
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to think strategically with strong decision-making skills
- Ability to multitask effectively and to perform in a high-energy environment
- Previous experience in a retail space
- Passion for Interior Design and Product
