Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are working with a national retailer and they are looking for a contract professional to work on a project with potential for expansion due to business needs.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will support and execute talent acquisition programs across the organization, with a primary focus on recruiting for corporate and professional positions. You will work closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition and partner with hiring managers to attract top talent and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Long term (6-9 Months) $40-$43/hour

Responsibilities
- Actively phone screen up to 30 candidates per day.
- Administers and manages the hiring process for salaried roles in assigned area.
- Supports all hiring initiatives in given territory for hourly roles, including candidate screening when necessary
- Ensures adequate applicant flow for assigned territory
- Works closely with Managers on planning around hires to ensure adequate bench strength in assigned market.

Experience and Skills:
- 2-3 years of staffing agency experience preferred and working knowledge of an ATS and other HR technology software systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate BIM/VDC processes across multiple construction projects.
- Develop, maintain, and manage 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
- Perform clash detection and model coordination using tools such as Navisworks and Revit.
- Facilitate coordination meetings with project teams, subcontractors, and design consultants.
- Develop 4D construction sequencing simulations and support project scheduling.
- Assist with site logistics planning and constructability reviews.
- Maintain and enforce BIM standards, execution plans, and workflows.
- Support project teams with model-based quantity takeoffs and visualization.
- Provide technical support and training to internal teams on BIM/VDC tools and processes.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure model accuracy and alignment with construction documents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in BIM/VDC within the construction industry.
- Strong experience with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360 preferred.
- Understanding of construction drawings, coordination workflows, and building systems.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with 4D scheduling tools (Synchro, Navisworks Timeliner).
- Knowledge of laser scanning, reality capture, or point cloud modeling.
- Familiarity with Dynamo or BIM automation tools is a plus.

Program Overview:
A. Duie Pyle’s Leadership Development Program (LDP) is an accelerated training program designed to prepare and develop future leaders. LDP will take you on a six month progression where you will learn about operations, project implementation, brokerage, finance and other areas of our business while developing a strong understanding of the transportation industry.
Your career will begin at the closest Pyle terminal to your home. Here, you will learn about freight handling and our LTL, less-than-truckload, business. Over the course of the next six months, you will gain valuable hands on experience working various shifts on our dock and riding along in our trucks. You will learn how our operation works both during the day and at night. Additionally, you’ll spend time in our corporate office engaging with and learning from our senior leadership.
Nearing the completion of the program, you’ll receive your placement within our Pyle network and following successful completion you’ll put your new acquired skills to work.
The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
- Shadowing Pyle leaders to develop leadership skills through on-the-job experiences, project assignments and formal training
- Understanding “teamwork” – learning how all team members and roles impacts the operation
- Participating in classroom style learning to develop industry and company knowledge, and develop professional relationships with high level leadership
- Performing several different positions and working on various shifts to gain hands-on experience
