4. Maintain close relationships which drive performance and collaboration

5. Advisory to production, maintenance, ordering and inventory

Requirements:

1. Demonstrated leadership experience in automated industrial manufacturing

2. Ensure, safe and efficient operation and maintenance of the plant

3. Strong knowledge of industrial manufacturing

4. Expertise improving current systems and delivering results

5. Demonstrated accomplishments leading and developing a team
