Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary EHS point of contact for assigned regional facilities
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and applicable state and local regulations
- Conduct site audits, inspections, and risk assessments; track and close corrective actions
- Develop and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and programs
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions
- Support emergency preparedness planning and response
- Deliver safety training including new hire orientation, refresher, and specialized training
- Monitor and report key EHS metrics (injury rates, near misses, environmental data)
- Partner with operations and leadership to integrate safety into daily operations

- Support workers’ compensation claims and return-to-work programs

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Safety Management, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or related field
- 3–5 years of EHS experience (multi-site or regional experience preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations
- Experience conducting audits, investigations, and safety training
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence and engage employees at all organizational levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHS management systems
