Qualifications Proven track record in supply chain management within manufacturing environments.
Strong expertise in lean principles and demonstrated success in applying them to material flow and inventory optimization.
Hands-on experience with WMS, rack storage systems, and automated warehouse technologies (EGVs or equivalent).
Proficiency in Excel, JDE, and SAP for planning, reporting, and process integration.
Experience challenging and redesigning intralogistics processes to achieve step change improvements.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop diverse teams.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Soft skills: adaptability, collaboration, influencing across functions, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
Lean Six Sigma, APICS CPIM/CSCP kind of certifications are preferred.
