Role Description
This is a part time/full-time, on-site Event Coordinator role located at Nickajack Farms in North Lawrence, OH. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events, maintaining open communication with clients, providing excellent customer service, managing event logistics, and supporting sales efforts to maximize client satisfaction. The role works closely with staff and vendors to ensure seamless event experiences from start to finish.
Qualifications
- Strong Event Planning and Event Management skills to expertly organize, coordinate, and execute events
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service abilities to interact effectively with clients and vendors
- Experience in Sales with a focus on building relationships and securing event bookings
- Organizational and problem-solving skills to handle multiple tasks and address challenges quickly
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for event schedules
- Previous experience in event coordination, hospitality, or a related field is preferred

and licensed in their state of residence • Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required • 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 5 years • 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents • Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines • Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job • In order to be compliant with federal law (49 C.F.R.
