We are looking for a patient-centered Endocrinologist to join our team of 5 Physicians (including 1 Pediatric Endocrinologist), 5 NP/PAs and 18 additional staff.

Call: rotation including weekends; coverage includes inpatient diabetes care. Inpatient coverage at Essentia Health-St. Mary's Medical Center, a 344-bed tertiary care hospital, Level I Adult Trauma Center -or- Essentia Health-Duluth, a 165-bed hospital – both located on the same connected campus.

Call is in effect for providers during office business hours only and triaged through our RN team first. An NP/PA team covers all hospital glucose management.

Capability to apply and analyze latest diabetes related devices including pumps, sensors, and meters.

The ideal candidate will have experience in General Otolaryngology, including both surgical and non-surgical procedures, as well as experience with endoscopic procedures and trauma cases.

Key Responsibilities: Provide weekend on-call coverage for the Otolaryngology department, with a call ratio of 1:7.

Respond to phone consults (5-10 per weekend) and assess patients as necessary.

Evaluate and manage 1-10 patients per day, including admissions (1-10) as needed.

Perform a range of Otolaryngology procedures, including: Endoscopic procedures: Septal surgery, Sinus surgery, Flexible and Rigid Endoscopy, Laryngoscopy.

Tracheotomy management.
