Essential Duties & Responsibilities You will work with a variety of Surfaces that include the interior and exterior of buildings such as buildings, curbs on roadways, parking lot spaces and fence repair.

You will make repairs to existing plumbing systems by removing, cleaning, replacing defective plumbing parts, unclogging sinks and toilets and shower drains, also doing minor electrical work, replacing Receptacles and face plates, painting and basic Cabinet Repairs.

You will oversee the Tool room, keeping tool room clean with tools in there identifying tool ID location, dispersing tools to different individuals and receiving tools back into the Tool Room placing tools back into the identified areas, Report Broken tools and keep tools in good working condition.

Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications • Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED equivalent • Level of Experience Requirements: 0-1 years related experience Must be a US Citizen.

Must be able to pass an ICE DHS Background check, Males Born after 12-31-59 Must be registered for Selective Service, if not Registered can do so online.

Willing to be on call when scheduled to do so.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics Knowledge of different types of tools for example skill saws, Drills, Ohm Meters, Grinders and hand tools like screw drivers adjustable Wrenches, different types of plyers and exedra, also what there specifically use for.

Able to bend, stoop, walk long distances and pick up to 50 lb.

of weight with proper technique.

Abilities to work in deferent types of weather conditions.

Will Need to be respectful to work colleague and all other personnel around Facility.

Be conferrable working around Prisoner Detainees.

• Knowledge of organizational procedures and workflows – understanding how work moves through a company.

• Basic knowledge of relevant technologies or tools – e.g., Microsoft 365, communication platforms, or industry‑standard software.

• Knowledge of customer service practices – principles of providing quality service and managing inquiries professionally.

Preferred • 2 Years of General Maintenance work • knowledge in Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Painting, construction.

• Computer Literacy.

• Willing to work on weekends as needed.

This position is performed in and outdoors Environment, issuing out tools form tool room and receiving tools back at end of shift, inspecting tools conditions keeping up with SDS sheets for chemical use, keeping tool room in a good clean organized environment.

Unclogging sewer drains sink, do some painting, dry wall work.

Need to be comfortable but alert working around Detainees that are waiting to be sentence or severing time.

Supervisory Responsibilities • This position will not have supervisory responsibilities.

DOT Covered/Safety-Sensitive Role Requirements • This position is not subject to federal requirements regarding Department of Transportation “safety-sensitive” functions.

Additional Qualifying Factors As a condition of employment, you will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable background check results.

If applicable to the contract, you must also obtain and maintain the appropriate clearance levels required and must also be able to obtain access to military installations.
