We are seeking a Data Analyst with strong Power BI expertise to support the Digital Services program. This role will focus on data analysis, data integration, and dashboard development to help drive data-driven decisions and improve digital service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and data warehousing.
• Strong expertise in Power BI dashboards and data visualization.
• Experience with data extraction, transformation, and integration.
• Understanding of data quality, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into data insights and reports.
• Extract, transform, and load data from source systems into the data warehouse.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to present KPIs and program insights.
• Perform data analysis, data quality checks, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Support data visualization, data sharing, and access control requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
• Assist in solution documentation, data catalog development, and technical specifications.
