As Beauty Lead Advisor, you will drive sales through an authentic passion for beauty and engage clients by identifying their needs with a consultative approach. What You'll Do

Position overview
We are seeking attorneys with at least three (3+) years of experience with insurance coverage, bad faith, and/or commercial litigation, with additional value placed on familiarity with construction‑related insurance and risk transfer.
In this role, you will work as part of a collaborative, policyholder‑only practice handling sophisticated matters that involve analyzing and interpreting a wide range of insurance policies, managing significant coverage disputes, and addressing issues tied to commercial property, liability, builders’ risk, professional lines, cyber, and other specialized coverages. Qualifications

Position Summary:
Provides our organization Vascular R&D and Production Engineering staffs, Legal, Marketing, and external clients with data regarding questions and problems concerning materials, processes, new technology, and methods related to the development, production, and use of products.
This data will be generated utilizing microscopic (electron and optical) and/or elemental analyses. The data will be in the form of images and/or elemental spectra. Official reports will be written, archived, and issued by the analyst. Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Job would require 50-75% SEM laboratory work involving hands-on analysis (non automated program).
* Perform more advanced sample preparation such as inorganic materials or metallurgraphic sample preparation.
* Evaluates written requests to perform materials analysis. Determines if the request can be accomplished with in-house technology or if it has to be assigned to an authorized, outside laboratory.
* Prepares samples for the specific type of analysis required or requested (FEM, SEM, EDS, etc.).
* Performs analysis according to the Departmental Operating Procedure (DOP) for the instruments used in the analysis.

Position Summary
This position supports the revenue cycle operations of a healthcare organization by ensuring accurate and timely processing of medical claims and patient billing. Responsibilities include reviewing encounter documentation for correct procedure codes, diagnoses, and modifiers, and ensuring claims are submitted accurately the first time.
The role also assists patients with understanding their medical bills and resolving billing inquiries. The Patient Financial Advisor works with internal teams and external vendors to support patient collections, payment arrangements, and account resolution activities. A strong understanding of the full revenue cycle is required, including billing, payment posting, accounts receivable follow-up, and financial reconciliation.
This position also serves as a resource to scheduling and registration teams regarding insurance selection, billing processes, and collection policies. Additional duties may be assigned based on operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
Review medical documentation and billing records to ensure accurate claim submission.
Identify and correct billing errors prior to claim submission.
Respond to patient billing inquiries via phone and other communication channels.
Provide assistance to internal teams regarding billing and operational questions.
Follow up on unpaid or denied claims with insurance carriers.
Post and reconcile insurance and patient payments.
Coordinate with third-party vendors related to patient statements and collection activities.
Assist patients in understanding billing statements, payment plans, and financial policies.
Communicate with clinical and administrative staff regarding insurance billing and documentation requirements.
Contribute to meeting departmental revenue cycle performance and collection goals.
Education and Experience Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required
Medical billing or coding certification preferred
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, medical billing, or related field
Knowledge and Skills
Working knowledge of medical billing guidelines and revenue cycle processes
Familiarity with regulatory requirements from government and commercial payers
Understanding of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding and appropriate modifier usage
Experience billing Medicare, Tricare, and commercial insurance payers
Ability to review accounts and medical documentation with strong analytical skills
Effective communication skills when interacting with patients and staff
Professional judgment, tact, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Experience working with practice management systems and electronic medical records (EMR) preferred

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal with 3–5 years of experience in Federal and California Superior Courts to join our dynamic legal team. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and has a strong foundation in litigation support across jurisdictions nationwide. The Paralegal will support multiple attorneys and may work collaboratively with other paralegals to ensure seamless case management and client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and review litigation documents including pleadings, case initiation documents, subpoenas, and discovery requests/responses.
- Conduct legal research, particularly on local court rules and procedures across multiple jurisdictions.
- Manage complex litigation calendars, ensuring accurate scheduling and deadline tracking in compliance with court rules.
- File documents electronically using California Superior Court systems and the Federal CM/ECF platform.
- Interact professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
- Maintain and organize case files using document management systems (NetDocuments or similar).
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including exhibit organization, witness coordination, and logistics.
- Support e-discovery efforts using relevant platforms and tools.
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5 years of litigation paralegal experience with demonstrated expertise in Federal and California Superior Courts.
- Proficiency in electronic filing systems (CM/ECF and California courts), familiarity with document management platforms (NetDocuments preferred) and e-discovery processes, and a strong understanding of court procedures, calendaring requirements, and multi-jurisdictional litigation rules.
- Ability to manage time tracking and billing for work accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work overtime as needed; prior experience with multi-jurisdictional litigation and local rules is a plus.
