Our team ensures you are fully informed, supported, and cared for throughout the entire experience.
Gestational Carrier Requirements
To ensure a safe and successful journey for both carrier and baby, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Between 21–39 years old
- U.S. citizen living in a surrogate-friendly state
- Have delivered at least one child and are currently parenting
- No more than two (2) C-sections
- Not receiving government or public assistance (including Medicaid, WIC, SNAP/Food Stamps, or state-funded health insurance)
- No history of pregnancy complications (including gestational diabetes, pre-eclampsia, or pre-term labor)
- No history of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, or major depressive disorder
- Not currently taking medications unsafe for pregnancy (including certain mental health medications)
- Able to travel for medical screening, monitoring, and embryo transfer appointments
- Live a healthy lifestyle free of illicit or recreational drug use
- Have a stable home environment and strong support system
All qualifications will be reviewed in detail during your initial consultation.
Compensation & Benefits
We recognize the commitment, time, and care involved in being a gestational carrier. Compensation includes:
Base Compensation
- $60,000 – $70,000(First-time carrier to experienced carrier)
Additional Benefits
- $250 monthly expense allowance
- $500 maternity clothing allowance
- $10,500 for multiple birth
- Up to $10,000 for loss of organs (per contract terms)
- Lost wages (carrier and spouse, if applicable — based on employment verification)
- Travel reimbursement
- $200 per week for housekeeping (if medically necessary)
- $20 per hour for childcare (if medically necessary)
All medical expenses, legal representation, and services related to the surrogacy journey are covered.

The Role
ISK Americas Incorporated (ISK) is looking for an attorney to serve as ISK's Corporate Counsel. This is a generalist position that handles complex legal tasks, requiring advanced skills and sound judgment. The Corporate Counsel's responsibilities cover all substantive areas of the Law Department, including corporate governance, contracts, antitrust, intellectual property, M&A, compliance, and litigation. The duties are varied and non-routine in nature and require an individual who can independently perform a variety of complex legal duties with minimal supervision and has a solid understanding of complex legal issues. The Corporate Counsel will be expected to exercise good judgment, common sense, and initiative, and to anticipate and spot potential issues while fulfilling his or her responsibilities. This role requires someone who can act with a high level of autonomy and minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support in the areas of corporate governance, contract, compliance, antitrust, intellectual property, and regulatory law matters.
- Attend to requirements with respect to general corporate matters, contract administration, compliance, governmental administrative proceedings, litigation, M&A, preparation of agreements, records management and legal research.
- Develop a strong working knowledge of business and operational goals and objectives.
- Manage multiple priorities and complete assigned tasks by utilizing detailed planning, sound business analysis, information systems support, and legal training.
- Furnish assistance to other officers and employees of the company as needed.
- Execute other functions as delegated or assigned.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- D. from an accredited law school and an excellent academic background.
- Licensed to practice law (or eligible for corporate counsel practice) in Ohio.
- 2 – 6 Years of experience drafting and negotiating contracts.
- Works autonomously with minimal supervision required.
- Strong organizational skills and computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and database management) required.
