As a Permanent Sourcing Agent, you'll play a critical role in our organization, ensuring we source the best products and services at the best prices.

Responsibilities: As a Permanent Sourcing Agent, you will: 1.

Develop, implement, and manage sourcing strategies to ensure the company's supply needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, using your deep understanding of legal terminology to ensure our interests are protected.

3.

Use your expertise in Peoplesoft and IBM Maximo to manage and analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic sourcing decisions.

4.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their sourcing needs and provide expert guidance and support.

5.

Continually monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and to identify opportunities for improvement.

6.

Stay abreast of market trends and changes in the business environment that could impact our sourcing strategies.

7.

Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies.

Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: 1.

A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or a related field.

2.

Proficiency in Peoplesoft and IBM Maximo.

3.

A deep understanding of legal terminology and the ability to negotiate contracts and agreements effectively.

4.

ISM Certification or equivalent.

5.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

6.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

7.

The ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

8.

A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

9.

A degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
