Overview: Under the guidance of senior leadership you will have a focus on developing new business opportunities in the Full Spectrum target sectors of Medical Device, Life Sciences and Digital Health. You will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by proactively identifying and engaging with key decision-makers. Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

• Conduct research to identify potential clients in the MedTech industry, particularly those involved in regulated medical devices and digital health solutions.
• Utilize various tools and channels to generate leads, including but not limited to cold calling, email outreach, social media, and industry events.

Qualification of Prospects:

• Evaluate and qualify prospects based on established criteria to ensure alignment with our services and capabilities.

Meeting Scheduling:

• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
• Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings and presentations with key decision-makers, ensuring a smooth transition from lead generation to the sales process.

Communication and Relationship Building:

• Effectively communicate the value proposition of our product development services, emphasizing software development, consulting, and systems engineering.

Sales Collaboration:

Market Intelligence:

Qualifications:

The base salary for this position is $70,000 to $100,000 annually, and the role is commission eligible.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to support an AI-enabled classroom initiative for the U.S. Army Intelligence community at Fort Huachuca. This role is part of a cornerstone Phase 1 effort that is expected to scale into multiple contracts and support broader Army Intelligence training programs.

The engineer will work closely with the Prime and government stakeholders to integrate AI-driven capabilities into an on-premise training environment, validate system performance, and support operational sustainment.
