Our direct client in Westerville, Ohio has a 6 month contract need for a Recruiting Coordinator.
The Recruiting Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting talent acquisition efforts by ensuring a seamless candidate experience and efficient recruiting operations. This position is responsible for managing interview scheduling, coordinating travel arrangements, processing interview-related expenses, and maintaining organized workflows. The role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with international onboarding partners to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring timely communication with candidates and hiring teams.
- Arrange candidate travel and lodging, adhering to company policies and budget guidelines.
- Process and track interview-related expenses accurately and promptly.
- Maintain organized records of candidate interactions, schedules, and onboarding documentation.
- Partner with international onboarding teams to facilitate global hiring processes and ensure compliance with local requirements.
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing clear and professional communication throughout the interview and onboarding process.

Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative roles.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones.

Job Description:
We are looking for a Machine Vision / Controls Engineer to join our fast-paced automation engineering firm. This role focuses on developing machine vision inspection systems while also supporting controls development and feasibility testing for custom automation equipment.
You will perform vision feasibility studies, camera/lens/lighting selection, and vision programming, primarily using Keyence Machine Vision systems. In addition, you will support PLC programming, system integration, and automation debugging on our custom machines.
This position works closely with mechanical, electrical, and controls engineers to integrate machine vision, robotics, motion control, and PLC systems into complete automation solutions.
Engineered Vision is dedicated to improving how factory automation projects are implemented through transparency, quality, and speed.
Duties:
- Perform machine vision feasibility testing in our lab to validate inspection concepts and system performance
- Size and select cameras, lenses, and lighting for vision inspection applications
- Develop and program machine vision systems (primarily Keyence)
- Integrate vision systems with robots, PLCs, and motion control systems
- Program and support PLC controls systems (primarily Allen Bradley ladder logic)
- Assist with controls debugging and automation system integration
- Support machine builds, testing, and troubleshooting in the shop
- Assist with system commissioning and startup at customer facilities
- Create and maintain vision documentation, feasibility reports, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers to optimize inspection and automation performance
- Deploy systems at customer facilities and perform service work
- Travel up to 15% (mostly within 250 miles of Columbus, Ohio)
Required Qualifications:
- US Citizenship Required (we work on Government Projects – Green Card will not be acceptable)
- Must live in the Columbus, Ohio area
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
- Experience performing machine vision feasibility testing and inspection development
- 2+ years experience working in industrial automation including: selecting vision cameras/lenses/lights, feasibility testing, and vision programing
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize automation systems in real-world manufacturing environments
- Strong documentation and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience working in industrial automation selecting vision cameras, lenses, and lighting
- 2+ years experience with machine vision programming of Keyence Machine Vision Cameras
- 2+ years experience working with a custom machine builder as a controls engineer
- Experience integrating vision with robots and PLC systems

The Site Leader will provide world-class jobsite leadership for large, long-duration, high-profile orders of Vertiv power and/or thermal equipment. The Site Leader is the primary Vertiv service on-site technical representative for large jobs, from construction start, through start-up, site acceptance testing, and project completion. The Site Leader is required to establish, grow, and maintain excellent rapport with all customers, co-workers, sales representatives, and others as appropriate. The site lead is required to work in tandem with the assigned project manager to drive cost controls, schedule adherence, resource management, and ultimately a positive customer experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Role Summary:
- Provide jobsite technical leadership for large projects.
- Factory certified on a variety of products that interact with Liebert systems:
- Expert working knowledge of electrical power distribution, generators, switchgear, automatic transfer switches, et al.
- Leads an on-site team of 1-2 project leaders who may be leading crews of 1-10 technicians each.
- Represents Vertiv at daily customer meetings and can speak to technical requirements for the day's schedule to coordinate activity with other parties on-site.
- Leads and supports start-up and site testing activities for assigned projects:
- Ensure sufficient manpower on-site each day to perform start-up and site testing work.
- Assist during start-up and site testing as necessary, depending upon man-power availability and site location.
- Provide daily status reports to service management, project management, and sales rep.
Technical Responsibilities:
- Keeps current on Vertiv equipment start-up and commissioning processes, procedures, and tools-of-the-trade.
- Keeps current on safety bulletins, safety field change notices, field change notices, and service tips.
Safety Responsibilities:
- Leads daily Vertiv toolbox talk, pre-job safety walk and inspection, and drives any necessary corrective/preventative actions required in a timely fashion.
- Operates in a safe manner in accordance with published safety guidelines.
- Must wear appropriate PPE as per company guidelines and accordance with job duties.
- Adhere to work hours policy guidelines \"14 hours rule.\"

* *Position Purpose:
* Our Physical Therapy Assistants, PTA, provide physical therapy services to Mt.
Carmel patients under the guidance and supervision of a Physical Therapist and following a written plan of care established by the physician and physical therapist.
Our PTAs assist in assessing our patients' need for physical therapy devices and interventions and instructs our patients and their family members in the use and care of therapeutic appliances and devices, such as wheelchairs, braces, etc.

*Minimum Qualifications:
* * Graduation from a two-year college-level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
* Minimum of six months experience under a qualified Physical Therapist.
* Home health experience preferred.
* Must be able to function in a practice environment with minimal direct supervision, accepting personal responsibility for maintaining a professional relationship with the agency's clients and their families.
* Must accept responsibility for maintaining clinical practice skills learning and adhering to agency's policies and procedures on an on-going basis.
* Ability to consistently demonstrate commitment to the mission and Organizational Code of Ethics, and adhere to the Compliance Program.
Must have current Driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work site.
