Responsible for monitoring satisfaction results as appropriate to ensure the support of the overall goals of radiology and the mission of Parkland. Assists in meeting or exceeding annual patient satisfaction goals established by radiology leadership and Parkland.
- Monitors and ensures QC/QA compliance with all relevant laws, state and federal regulations, licensing and accreditation requirements, hospital and departmental standards for safety, infection control and equipment performance. Provides timely access to equipment, supplies, and logistical support to the Information Technology, Bio Medical, Clinical Engineering and Medical Physicists departments. Facilitates/follow-up with repairs and maintenance as needed on equipment and supplies. Troubleshoots system and equipment issues as needed.
- Provide patient care as a Technologist when appropriate; responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performing basic and/or complex procedures on assigned patients to ensure that scanning needs are met. Review physician orders and applicability to the imaging protocol. Screen patients for safety and review any contraindications for exams which would prohibit or modify the exam. If modification of an imaging protocol is necessary consult with radiologist to determine appropriate sequences, parameters, etc. Document changes as appropriate in electronic health record. Ensure other resources have been scheduled accordingly. Interviews patient (two patient identifier) conducts patient screening and obtains medical history pertaining to procedures clinical criteria. Explains procedure and instructs patient on necessary requirements needed to provide diagnostic images. Answers questions/screening concerning procedures, medications, etc. for relevant exams. Assists the physician as needed in performing procedures. Ensures that images and records are properly completed with patient identification data and appropriate labeling. Utilizes technical knowledge and skills to perform procedures accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with age specific criteria. Completes exam charges and image documentation in a timely manner. Administers contrast material/medication in the correct dosage, route and observes patients for adverse reactions, within the scope of licensure. Engages in equitable distribution of departmental workloads. Coordinates continuity of patient care to the varying locations. Provides escalation and add on assistance with scheduling modality exams. Available for assistance during scheduled downtime procedures.
- Assists with the implementation of new programs related to modality (software, research, educational). Provide quotes from vendors for operational and/or capital budgets. Identifies supply needs, monitors expiration dates of all supplies and takes appropriate action.
- Participates in departmental Performance Improvement Programs, radiology user groups such as Radiology User Group (RUG), understands ICARE and its relationship to the work environment, attends department and modality meetings satisfactorily. Functions in the department as part of an interdisciplinary team and collaborates in the care and service delivery process of patient care through effective communication with other service lines. Demonstrates conscious effort to be good stewards of hospital resources to ensure Parkland financial goals are met.

Serves as a subject matter expert and mentor to Clinical Educator I and other staff. Participates in and supports the strategic planning and quality improvement efforts of the education team.
Responsibilities:

- Conducts learning needs assessments to identify gaps in clinical knowledge, skills, and practice.
- Designs, develops, and leads education programs using contemporary teaching strategies and technologies.
- Facilitates onboarding and orientation for new clinical staff, ensuring smooth integration into practice environments.
- Coordinates and validate clinical competencies for new hires and existing staff, including annual skills assessments and regulatory requirements.
- Integrates simulation-based learning, case-based scenarios, and hands-on training to enhance clinical decision-making and critical thinking.
- Serves as a resource and mentor for preceptors, supporting their development and effectiveness in staff training.
- Promotes evidence-based practice and support staff in translating research into clinical application.
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to support interprofessional education and shared learning experiences.
- Maintains documentation of educational activities, competency validations, and outcomes for compliance and quality improvement.
- Participates in committees and initiatives focused on clinical education, safety, and performance improvement.
- Evaluates program effectiveness and implements improvements.
- Serves as a resource for evidence-based practice and clinical standards.
- Responsible for other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Education/Skills
- Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; current enrollment considered with an expectation of completion within a defined timeframe
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and technology-enhanced learning tools (simulation, LMS, eLearning platforms)
Experience
- 2 years of clinical experience required
- Experience in education, preceptorship, or staff development preferred
Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications
- RN licensure in the state of employment or compact required
- ANCC Nursing Professional Development Certification (NPD-BC) preferred
- BLS required within 30 days of hire

Responsible for evaluating and underwriting all mortgage loan products offered by the client, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations while minimizing risk exposure within the mortgage portfolio.
Key Qualifications & Responsibilities- Effectively manages a pipeline of appraisal assignments, monitors due dates, and ensures timely updates to support service-level expectations.
- Communicates changes, revisions, and corrections to production staff, appraisers, and appraisal vendors following the initial submission of appraisal reports, ensuring prompt and accurate follow-up.
- Responds to inquiries from production teams and other business units regarding appraisal reviews and advanced underwriting matters, documenting all findings in internal systems.
- Reviews and issues decisions on appraisal reports, including adding loan conditions, issuing counteroffers, or determining loan denials when appropriate.
- Evaluates property-related contract factors—such as age restrictions, HOA requirements, and private utilities (water, septic, roads)—to determine their impact on the transaction.
- Conducts thorough examinations of all components of appraisal reports, including supplemental forms, ensuring that deficiencies, required repairs, or special considerations are accurately noted.
- Assesses the acceptability and marketability of collateral to ensure the property adequately secures the loan.
- Utilizes diverse resources—such as International Building Code standards, local zoning and building contacts, tax records, real estate databases, member-provided documentation, and title reports—to support sound underwriting decisions while maintaining a positive member experience.
- Makes informed decisions regarding investment risk based on established, investor, and regulatory guidelines; escalates recommendations for denial or exceptions when properties do not meet required standards.
- Communicates professionally, proactively, and confidently with appraisers, appraisal vendors, and internal business partners.
