This position offers the chance to practice in a high-volume, well-supported environment with access to the latest surgical technology, a brand-new outpatient surgery center, and a strong referral network across the region. The incoming physician will step into immediate demand with the flexibility to shape their practice, supported by a dedicated APP team and full access to robotic surgery.
Hospital Highlights:• 400-bed hospital with 100 new beds and 4 additional operating rooms under construction (long-term expansion to 600 beds)
• Brand-new, on-site outpatient surgery center
• Da Vinci robotic systems available
• Aquablation technology on site Practice Highlights:
• General urology position. Subspecialty interests can be supported within the framework of a general urology practice
• Join a high volume practice with dedicated APP and MA support
• Clinic located near hospital and equipped for cystoscopies and other office-based procedures
• Call 1:4, shared with a nearby partner hospital
• Dedicated OR block time
• Strong physician and administrative support, including mentorship from senior urologists
• Opportunity to participate in program development and potential leadership roles as the service line continues to expand
• EMR is Epic
• Open to J1 and H-1B visa candidates
