JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES HIIS I associates may have varying responsibilities depending on operational needs with the objective to cross train in multiple or all functions to the extent possible and determined necessary.
Duty 1: Analysis of the medical record to identify and assign provider deficiencies present.

Duty 5: Assists providers in the completion of Medical Records, in accordance with departmental policies and procedures and Medical Staff Rules/Regulations and Bylaws.
Duty 6: Responds to requests for release of information received from internal and external customers.
Determines the validity of requests, ensures appropriate authorization is obtained, extracts and prepares all relevant information for release in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Duty 7: Collaborates with coding, Revenue Cycle, vendors, clinical departments, and medical staff to resolve issues and ensure the integrity of the medical record.
Duty 8: Participates in cross training, quality reviews, and project activities as assigned.
Duty 9: Requests instruction on all equipment systems, and software which are unfamiliar or new in order to gain optimum competency.
Maintains equipment in proper working order and performs simple machine cleaning.
Reports malfunctions or breakdowns to the designated individual/department.

What you'll do as a CDL-A Delivery Driver:
- Inspect tractor-trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection report indicating condition.
- Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy in off-hour delivery.
- Drive tractor-trailer to destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering vehicle on the road and on customer premises.
- Maintain driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) according to DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures and exceptions.
- Unload trailer, delivering product into customer premises.

Primary Purpose: The Maintenance Technician plays a critical, hands-on role in supporting plant uptime and performance. This position is 100% floor-based, directly responding to equipment breakdowns, performing preventive maintenance, and assisting with project-related tasks. A core responsibility of this role is to troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical and PLC based control system issues in real time to minimize downtime and support efficient operations. Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Real-Time Equipment Support & Troubleshooting
- Immediately respond to breakdowns and perform on-the-spot repairs to restore production.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, including PLC I/O and instrumentation.
- Collaborate with operators to identify and resolve root causes of equipment malfunctions.
- Support line changeovers and production start-ups.
PLC and Electrical Control Support
- Diagnose and repair PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and control-related issues.
- Troubleshoot systems using tools such as Allen-Bradley RSLogix 5000.
- Assist with equipment upgrades, installations, and control panel builds.
- Run conduit, pull wire, and terminate Ethernet and communication cabling.
Preventive Maintenance and Continuous Improvement
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance with focus on reliability and efficiency.
- Take ownership of specific PM areas and proactively improve them.
- Accurately document all maintenance activities in the CMMS.
- Identify recurring issues and propose long-term corrective actions.
Project and Fabrication Work
- Assist in machinery installation and facility improvement projects.

- Understanding of Lean principles, 5S, and Root Cause Analysis is a plus.
- Familiarity with CMMS platforms for logging repairs, PMs, and work orders; ability to navigate and input data accurately.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Duty 1: Demonstrates knowledge and skill of office equipment and order entry systems to enable processing of orders in a complete, accurate and timely manner.

Under the direction of the clinical manager and clinical supervision by a licensed nurse or certified scrub technician, floats to various clinical areas of the surgery department and assists as directed with preparing and maintaining a sterile field during surgical procedures, passes instruments to the surgeon and performs basic level assisting duties.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Currently enrolled in a Surgical Technology program within 6 months of graduation.
Must achieve Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification with 9 months of hire.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Duty 1: Maintains and operates equipment, such as gamma cameras and computing systems to acquire images, and to process and analyze patient data.
Duty 2: Performs routine quality control and testing procedures of instrumentation, data, imaging and computing systems.
Duty 3: Prepares (when necessary) and administers radiopharmaceuticals to patients to detect to treat disease.
Duty 4: Disposes of radioactive materials and radiopharmaceuticals and safely stores radioactive materials, following radiation safety procedures.
Duty 5: Maintains departmental records as required by regularity and or governing bodies Duty 6: Explains procedures to patient ensuring understanding, comfort, safety and privacy; inquires of patient and or representative a thorough medical history, as it pertains to procedure being done.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Nuclear Medicine or by Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) Licensed by the Ohio Department of Health (ODH) BLS Certification within 30 days of hire On-call duties require the associate to arrive at the facility within 45 minutes after being contacted by hospital personnel.
PRN status may require on-call as needed.
