Position Overview:

We're seeking an experienced E-commerce Marketing Manager to lead strategy and execution across digital channels for our new Shopify B2B platform. You’ll use first-party data, performance marketing, and automation to drive traffic, increase conversion, and grow customer lifetime value (CLV), with a strong focus on personalized lifecycle journeys and ecommerce automation.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you’ll operate full-funnel: from acquisition through retention, personalization, and reactivation.

Key Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy & Execution

  • Own the end-to-end ecommerce growth marketing strategy for our Shopify B2B platform.
  • Plan and execute paid and organic acquisition campaigns to drive traffic from qualified wholesale buyers (independent retailers and chain/distributor customers).
  • Optimize the full customer journey—from discovery to repeat purchase—using lifecycle marketing and data-driven personalization.

Performance Marketing & Analytics

  • Manage and optimize paid media channels (Search, Display, Retargeting, Referral) with a focus on ROAS and CAC.
  • Partner with email marketing to deploy segmented, behavior-based campaigns that drive retention, cross-sell, and upsell.
  • Define and track performance metrics such as CAC, CLV, ROAS, conversion rate, AOV, retention rate, churn, and more.

Conversion Rate Optimization

  • Lead A/B testing across landing pages, product pages, and checkout flows to increase B2B conversion rates.
  • Work with marketing and development teams to continuously optimize UX, mobile experience, site performance, and merchandising.
  • Use first-party data and purchase behavior to personalize product recommendations, promotions, and messaging by customer segment.

Platform & Martech Optimization

  • Utilize Shopify B2B tools and features (e.g., customer groups, purchase history) to deliver a tailored ecommerce experience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align marketing efforts with product availability, promotions, and customer lifecycle.
  • Build and manage lifecycle flows using first-party data and behavioral triggers within the e-commerce and email platforms
  • Evaluate and recommend Martech solutions (CDP, analytics tools, marketing automation) that enhance ecommerce performance.

  • Proven experience in e-commerce growth or performance marketing, ideally within B2B, wholesale, or regulated industries.
  • Strong understanding of the Shopify B2B platform and its built-in capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value using a mix of paid media, email automation, CRO, and personalization strategies.
  • Strong fluency in analytics and performance measurement tools (e.g., GA4, Shopify Analytics, A/B testing platforms, CRM/CDPs).
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns with a focus on ROAS, CAC, AOV, and segmented performance reporting.
  • Ability to design and manage automated lifecycle flows (e.g., onboarding, replenishment, win-back) using platforms like Klaviyo or similar.

The Customer Account Representative is the first point of contact for many of Client's customers. JOB CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

* The Customer Account Representative is responsible for receiving, reviewing, and entering purchase orders into the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system as well as ensuring proper requirements flow down

* Raising quotes and customer documentation, prioritizing workload to ensure the customer receives an excellent service at all times.

* Respond to various customer emails and phone calls to manage their orders and enquiries; the Customer Account Representative will serve as the primary point of contact by customers" buyers and supply chain personnel.

* Coordinate site visits to Client's facilities and set-up customer meetings as required

* Refer any pricing queries to the Senior Customer Account Representative and/or the Commercial functions to ensure accurate pricing is applied.

* Track and reconcile open order reports as well as internal and external customer scorecards, which includes verification of the metrics by which Client is judged

* Produce costing sheets in collaboration with colleagues from Procurement, Demand Planning and Manufacturing departments as required in order producing accurate quotes

* Use SAP product recognition to identify runner/repeater parts and what can be sold to the customer, as well as checking lead times. For any stranger/alien parts raise the relevant enquiry process.

* Collaboratively track customer returns through the rework process

* Monitor and actively manage customer portals to ensure prices, quantities, lead times and contract terms are acceptable in accordance with authority delegated by appropriate functional leaders (i.e., Finance, Commercial, and Operations)

QUALIFICATIONS

· BS degree in Engineering (Mining/ Civil, Mechanical/ Materials/ Mineral Processing); preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Minimum of 5 years’ prior work experience in supervising production employees, preferably at either an Industrial Sand or Industrial Minerals mine. Construction materials industry experience preferred

· Knowledge and understanding of modern principles and practices of supervising production employees

·        Design and architect enterprise LAN/WAN network solutions that meet business and security requirements

·        Lead network infrastructure projects including upgrades, migrations, and new deployments

·        Configure and deploy Cisco routing/switching platforms, firewalls (SonicWall, Cisco, Fortinet), and enterprise wireless solutions

·        Monitor and respond to security alerts from Intune, Microsoft Defender, and other security platforms

·        Utilize Auvik for network monitoring, mapping, performance analysis, and configuration management

·        Implement and manage network security controls including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and network access control (NAC)

·        Troubleshoot complex network and security issues and perform root cause analysis

·        Create and maintain network documentation including topology diagrams, security policies, and implementation plans

·        Implement routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), network segmentation, VLANs, and ACLs

·        Configure endpoint security policies through Intune and integrate with conditional access

·        Mentor junior team members and collaborate with cross-functional IT teams


Required Qualifications

Experience & Education

·        5-7 years of progressive experience in network engineering and infrastructure design

·        Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred

Technical Skills - Networking

·        Expert knowledge of Cisco platforms (Nexus, Catalyst, ISR/ASR routers)

·        Proficiency with SonicWall, Cisco Firewalls, or Fortinet

·        Strong understanding of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), TCP/IP, VLANs, ACLs

·        Experience with enterprise wireless (Cisco, Aruba, or Ruckus)

·        VPN technologies and network access control (NAC) experience

·        Experience with Auvik or similar network monitoring platforms

Technical Skills - Security

·        Experience with Microsoft Intune and Defender for Endpoint

·        Security alert monitoring and incident response

·        Knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, CIS Controls, Zero Trust)

·        Familiarity with IDS/IPS, SIEM, and vulnerability scanners

·        Understanding of conditional access and identity-based security

Professional Skills

·        Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

·        Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

·        Project management experience with infrastructure initiatives

·        Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment


Preferred Qualifications

·        CCIE or expert-level networking certifications

·        Experience with Cisco ISE deployment

·        Network automation tools (Ansible, Python, Terraform)

·        Cloud networking experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)

·        SIEM platforms (Splunk, Sentinel)

·        MSP environment experience

·        Ability to lift 25lb regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
