The position is responsible for aligning technological solutions with business strategies and working principally with DHS Global Delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provides level 3 field support globally, including remote support and documentation.

* Work cross-functionally to drive and implement system changes required to support order fulfillment and supply chain operations.

Qualification & Experience:
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.

* Hands-on experience supporting EDI messages and integrations of workflows with enterprise systems such as SAP and other back-office platforms.

PRIMARY FUNCTION / PRIMARY GOALS / OBJECTIVES
The Project Manager (I) is responsible for the planning, scheduling and execution of all projects (print and digital) within Ad Agency (A3). This role works closely with their assigned account manager to help coordinate daily activities within A3 and continue to develop the ongoing relationship with their respective brand teams to keep projects on schedule, on budget and on strategy.
PROJECT/PROCESS MANAGEMENT
* Develop project schedules, allocate resources and communicate project status and schedules to all key stakeholders and ensure deliverables and key milestones are met on time and within budget

Your Role:
In this role, you will support inventory planning across the US DC network ensuring appropriate inventory targets and service levels are met by item-DC to support the customer demand in the region. You will support network product availability through data analysis using existing and created tools. We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Sample Management and Processing Scientist (I) to support impactful reverse translation focused projects. In this role, daily responsibilities will center on supporting gDNA isolation from clinical samples across multiple therapeutic areas. The Scientist (I) will execute manual and automated workflows for high-quality nucleic acid extraction, perform rigorous quality control assessments on isolated nucleic materials, maintain detailed and accurate documentation in LIMS, and interpret and report QC data. In addition, effective cross-functional communication with researchers is essential to ensure the integrity and utility of isolated gDNA for downstream analyses. The successful candidate should have hands-on expertise with diverse nucleic acid extraction methodologies, meticulous adherence to SOPs, and a solid understanding of sample biology as it relates to clinical research. Operational excellence, attention to detail, and organizational skills will be critical to deliver reliable support for reverse translation clinical initiatives.
