Job Summary:


This position is responsible for supporting the Information Technology initiatives at Hayward Tyler Inc. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and will have practical experience supporting a Windows based network and fundamental networking, PC hardware and software, and computer/networking security knowledge. 1. End User Support

a. Sets up, configures, and supports end user hardware and software

b. Troubleshoot and fix/repair desktop hardware/software issues at root cause

2. End User Training

4. Product Center Support

a. Provide support for our PLM software.

a. Maintain servers and network hardware

c. Assist with Network/System Administration


Supports Continuous improvement efforts through involvement in structured problem solving and other activities using LEAN concepts.



Minimum qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in a support position; customer service or Help Desk type position or a combination thereof.

• Due to sensitive data handling for government contracts, U.S. Citizenship is required.

• An associate degree, or higher, in an IT related field or equivalent work experience.

• Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems, required. Installation, repair, and troubleshooting.

• Knowledge/experience working with and managing a Microsoft Server based network (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, File Sharing) is required.

• Experience working with a support ticketing system, required.

• After hours support of business applications is required.

• Some travel may be required.

The Mammography Technologist demonstrates progressive knowledge and sense of responsibility in the daily operations of the mammography area. They must have enough credits in digital mammography to perform exams on all equipment and be proficient in routine and diagnostic mammography exams. All technologists must perform weekly quality control on the mammography machines as required by the FDA and ACR. The Mammography Technologist may need to perform other radiographic procedures according to established practices and under the direction of a Radiologist, Supervisor and Chief Technologist. They need to pass a mammography competency before performing mammography exams and take the ARRT mammography boards within one year of starting in mammography. They need to assist in training other personnel and students as needed. The technologist may be required to work weekends, holidays, and on call duties as assigned.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Magnetic Resonance Technologist is responsible for performing imaging procedures using sophisticated technology. The use of powerful magnetic fields combined with radiofrequency waves that require a high level of technical expertise to operate magnets of different field strengths.

The MRI Technologist must adapt to changes in technology, new imaging techniques, and safe and effective imaging of patients with medical implants. As a Director Design, Development, and Sourcing Fish & Hunt Hard Goods & Gear, you play a pivotal role in leading the design and development of our most innovative and technologically advanced fly fishing and hunting hard goods — work grounded by deep, first-hand angling experience, field knowledge, and real-world testing, not just concept or CAD. You are responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, focusing on innovation, quality, and market trends within the fishing tackle and hunting industry. This role combines technical expertise in materials and engineering with creative direction and team management. You will be a key leader on the Product Team, comprised of 2 direct reports as well as the lead designer of all reels, waders, and wading boots. You will partner with our Product Leadership Team to create clear roles and responsibilities, define our new processes, and identify opportunities for simplification and efficiency. Position Interfaces:

This position reports to our Vice President of Product Design, Development, Sourcing, & Import Compliance and interfacing with multiple areas including merchandising, inventory management, marketing, finance, sourcing, wholesale, retail operations, manufacturing and ownership of the company. Responsibilities:

  • Lead a customer-obsessed Fish and Hunt Hard Goods Product Design & Development/Sourcing Team
  • Lead a culture of partnership, communication, and collaboration across the organization
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a strategic plan for new product design and development that aligns to deliver the Assortment Strategy, thus ensuring alignment with market and customer needs as well as company and financials goals, specifically target retail, AUC and IMU across all Fish/Hunt Hard Goods products.
  • Design Inspiration – Lead the Hardgoods / Innovation Design Kickoff, the Design “blank canvas” to push the Orvis brand forward and ensure that we are leaders in innovation.
  • Design Partnership – Partner and collaborate with Soft Goods Designer on seasonal
  • Design Kick Off, DDR and Line Adoption Meetings to ensure a One Orvis Design POV
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee all phases of product design and development for Fish & Hunt Hard Goods, from initial concepting and prototyping to field testing and manufacturing to on time product launch. Ensure that the Hardgoods PDD and Sourcing team is prepared on time for all milestones and inspire cross functional partners across all Hardgoods to prepare milestones and ensure they happen on time.
  • Deliver the Line: Ensure that the products agreed upon through the Design Kickoff and Assortment Strategy deliver on time and are discussed at DDR 1, 2 and Final Line Adoption. Aim for 90% of products aligned upon launch on time.
