The Business, Engineering, and Technology (BET) Division seeks a dynamic, collaborative, and student-centered full-time faculty member to join the Engineering & Technology Department to teach in the field of Architecture/Engineering Technology, CADD Design, BIM, and 3-D Printing/Additive Manufacturing Technology.

The successful candidate may be asked to teach some or all of the courses in Computer-Aided Design & Drafting (CADD Design), Building Information Modeling, Electronics Technology, Additive Manufacturing, 3-D Printing and Scanning, and Gaming & Simulation.

We are seeking a candidate who demonstrates a passion for teaching; is solutions-oriented, with a growth mindset; and a commitment to diversity, inclusion, and belonging. Must be available and willing to teach day or evening courses face-to-face, hybrid, and online.

The teaching load is 15-credits per semester. Release time may be available for course coordination. In addition, faculty are expected to maintain at least five (5) office hours per week (as described in the Faculty Handbook) while class is in session and accept other responsibilities as assigned by the leadership.

• Teach courses in at least two of the following subjects: Architecture/Engineering Technology, CADD Design, BIM, and 3-D Printing/Additive Manufacturing Technology
• Faculty may be asked to teach across modalities (hybrid, face-to-face, online, etc.) and in accelerated (7-weeks); 10-weeks and 15-week course formats
• Coordinate CADD, BIM, and Additive Manufacturing Technology, Gaming and Simulation courses
• Participate in enrollment management and support adjunct faculty
• Prepare syllabi and Canvas sites
• Develop and update course materials
• Participate in program management and learning outcome assessment initiatives
• Work collaboratively with faculty, and other course coordinators and staff to implement departmental programs

The Corporate & Commercial Platforms team at one of our largest energy clients is seeking a Project Manager to support multiple initiatives focused on customer-facing applications and ServiceNow platform improvements. This role will manage 3-4 concurrent projects and play a key role in coordinating stakeholders, supporting execution, and ensuring project milestones are met across both Agile and Waterfall initiatives.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple stakeholder groups, including internal teams and external partners. This individual will support project governance, meeting coordination, risk tracking, reporting, and light analysis while helping drive progress across several technology initiatives including ServiceNow platform enhancements, service portal consolidation, and application upgrades. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and supporting both project management and business analysis activities within a dynamic technology environment.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Information Systems, or similar).
• 3–7 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or business analysis.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent technology projects.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow environments or enterprise application platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint for project tracking and reporting.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coordinate UAT activities, risk tracking, and status reporting.
• Experience working with external vendors or consulting partners.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Awareness of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• ITIL familiarity is a plus.
• PMP certification not required.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate 3–4 concurrent projects supporting customer-facing platforms and internal service tools.
• Support initiatives to reduce customizations within the ServiceNow platform and improve platform standardization.
• Assist with consolidation of HR and IT service portals within ServiceNow following pilot implementation.
• Coordinate project meetings, stakeholder communications, and status reporting.
• Track project risks, issues, timelines, and stakeholder updates to ensure alignment and visibility.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support project milestone delivery.
• Work with external consulting partners and vendors to ensure deliverables and escalations are managed effectively.
• Support an upcoming upgrade to the OpenText LoadRunner performance testing platform.
• Maintain project tracking and reporting within ServiceNow and Microsoft Project.
• Provide light data analysis and reporting using Excel, PowerBI, and PowerPoint.
• Assist leadership with stakeholder alignment and program preparation activities for future strategic initiatives.

Job Description:

We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish speaking) part-time Tier 1 Customer Support Analyst to deliver high quality support to our user community. This role will be responsible for providing initial support to all incoming inquiries delivered through a variety of communication mediums involving a variety of support requests. The ideal candidate should be highly focused, detail oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced federal healthcare information technology environment. Basic Requirements:

• Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal Position of Trust clearance designation.
• Must reside in and be able to perform work in the United States.
• Must have lived in the United States for 3 of the last 5 years.
• One or more years of proven experience in an IT service desk or customer service environment.

Additional Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience using Help Desk ticketing systems and tools in a federal healthcare space (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services).
• Possess the motivation and initiative to adhere to timelines, Service Level Objectives, and manage incoming volumes.
• Demonstrate the adaptability and flexibility to ensure proper staffing requirements during established Help Desk Hours.
• Thrive in a collaborative environment and maintain a positive, professional demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience working on a Federal Service Desk project.
• ServiceNow knowledge or experience is a big plus.
• Experience with cloud-based Call Center Software, specifically CXone.
• Knowledge and/or experience of Agile methodologies in a Service Desk environment.
• Experience with utilizing Atlassian tools like JIRA and Confluence.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and technical support for the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Technical Help Desk.
• Resolve incoming support requests and inquiries from customers. Requests include, but are not limited to, system access and/or account issues, system functionality and/or availability, and other inquiries received through various mediums such as phone, email, and other electronic submission methods.
• Review incoming Help Desk inquiries in a timely manner with a focus on delivering a first contact resolution.
• Adhere to established Help Desk workflows to ensure proper triage, research and escalation protocols are followed.
• Track incoming support requests from customers using a CMS‐approved tool (ServiceNow).
• Notify customers of system status such as planned and unplanned outages, service disruptions, and reduced functionality.
• Collaborate with Help Desk leadership and other teams to communicate potential issues affecting volumes.
• Support the development, management and use of customer support scripts.
• Assist with the preparation or maintenance of standard operating procedures and protocols.

Public Trust Clearance:

Many of our roles require the hired candidate to go through public trust clearance. A minimum of 3 years of stay in the U.S. within the last 5 years is required to be eligible to qualify for public trust clearance sponsorship.

Work Location:

Headquartered in Arlington, VA, we also have a primary office in Baltimore, MD for those who prefer to work on-site. However, with employees spread across 40+ states, we have many remote roles.
