As a Medical Assistant at MercyOne, you will prepare patient for exam or procedure.  Communicates effectively with clients and clinic staff regarding education, treatment and client concerns.  Schedules all tests and surgeries.  Ages served range from newborn to geriatric.

  • Prepares patient for any procedures and assists with the procedures/treatments as needed and within the scope of their experience and licensure.

  • Provides age specific education/information to patient and family members. 

  • Gives injection requested by physician.

  • Prepares, administers, and records medications in accordance with the scope of license and under the supervision of the physician.

  • Schedules tests, procedures and admissions outside the Clinic as directed by the physician.

  • Cleans and stocks patient exam rooms, instruments and supplies throughout the day.

  • Answer’s patient questions as necessary and appropriate.

  • Provides follow-up and returns patient calls.  Mails letters to patients when unable to reach by phone, to notify they must set up appointment to receive test results.

Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday days, 12-hour shifts, some weekends

  • 40 hours per week

General Requirements:

  • Certified Medical Assistant, currently certified. If not currently certified must complete within one year of hire or transfer.

  • Must be BLS certified within 3 months of hire.

  • Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.

  • Must possess a personal presence that is characterized by a sense of honesty, integrity, and caring with the ability to inspire and motivate others to promote the philosophy, mission and vision, goals, and values of Trinity Health.

Education:

  • Graduate of an accredited medical assistant program.

Primary Purpose of Position

Manage and monitor the work activities of the assigned Maintenance division (Instrumentation & Controls) to ensure a productive workforce that supports all divisional, departmental, Clean Energy Center (CEC) and corporate goals while in accordance with all company policies and local, state and federal regulations.

Primary Duties and Accountabilities

Primary Purpose of Position

Manage and monitor the work activities of the assigned Maintenance division (Instrumentation & Controls) to ensure a productive workforce that supports all divisional, departmental, Clean Energy Center (CEC) and corporate goals while in accordance with all company policies and local, state and federal regulations.

Primary Duties and Accountabilities

  • Effectively manage assigned staff (e.g. Hiring, Development, Compensation, Performance Evaluation, assist in ensuring Training Certification compliance, etc.) to ensure that all maintenance activities are performed safely and effectively by trained workers in accordance with CEC procedures, Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) regulations, and the CEC schedule.
  • Responsible for the planning and execution of all assigned maintenance activities during online, forced outages, refuel outages and unplanned power reductions for both internal and external personnel, which includes administration and oversight of all maintenance contract personnel.
  • Effectively communicate significant CEC and personnel issues to Maintenance Director and all applicable levels of CEC management. Fostering open communications and collaboration between all organizations internal and external to the CEC including Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO) and regulatory agencies.
  • Effectively manage departmental training program to maximize CEC performance while complying with all CEC, corporate, local, state and federal regulations. Provide feedback and insights to CEC training department on Maintenance and Technical (M&T) training programs.
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of regulatory commitments assigned to division. Responsible for managing a continual assessment program that assures maintenance excellence in accordance with CEC, corporate and industry standards, practices and policies.
  • Participates in all aspects of Maintenance Department management to support safe and efficient operation of the CEC, including the development, implementation, and performance monitoring of all corporate, CEC, and divisional business goals and objectives.
  • Manage and monitor departmental resources and expenditures for all assigned work, including refuel outages, within the approved budget.
  • Ensures optimum performance and equipment reliability for assigned equipment through effective implementation of corrective, preventative and predictive programs and procedures that maximize the use of new technologies in coordination with the work planning process.
  • Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management or pursuant to company policy, including but not limited to emergency response, departmental coverage, call outs, and support of outage activities in positions outside the department.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Welding Technicians are responsible for performing high-quality welding and fabrications on augers, chain assemblies, and related components used in industrial manufacturing for Diamond-Drives. This role requires proficiency in MIG welding techniques, blueprint reading, and working with various metals to ensure structural integrity and product reliability. Technicians may progress through three levels if they have met the required skills and qualifications for each role.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Follow detailed instructions of assignment including but not limited to; work instruction, blueprints, route cards, and verbal/written instructions.
  • Prepare and configure welding equipment and materials according to job specification.
  • Perform welding tasks in accordance with ISO and ASI standards, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance in all fabrication and repair processes.
  • Weld and fabricate augers, chain links, and associated parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and compliance with quality standards. Including performing layout, fitting, and assembly of metal components.
  • Operate welding equipment, grinders, and other tools safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain adequate housekeeping, ensuring clean and organized work area.
  • Must practice all safety procedures and complete necessary trainings related to job duty.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and support staff.
  • Perform all other relative duties as required or as directed.

CORE RESPONSIBILITES:
  • Assemble augers, chain and/or components by verifying correct placement of all components and ensuring proper alignment and fit during the build process.
  • Weld parts together according to specifications and quality standards, ensuring precise and compliant assemblies.
  • Collaborate with team memebers to verify accurary throughout build process.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 2+ years of welding experience

Hourly compensation for this role is $24.55+ per hour.
