Duties and Responsibilities:
As a BPA, you will be part of our 60,000+ workforce that strives to protect the American people by safeguarding our borders, deterring illicit activity, and enhancing the nation's economic prosperity. Being a BPA makes you a valuable member of the Federal Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) profession.
Typical assignments include:
- Detecting and questioning people suspected of violating immigration and customs laws and inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations.
- Preventing and apprehending aliens and smugglers of aliens at or near the borders by maintaining surveillance from covert positions to include using infrared scopes during night operations.
- Interpreting and following tracks, marks, and other physical evidence of illegal entry of persons or contraband.
- Performing farm checks, building checks, traffic checks, city patrols, and transportation checks.
- Patrolling the international boundary and coastal waterways using a variety of government assets such as vehicles, horses, vessels, watercraft, off-road vehicles, ATVs, snowmobiles, and motorcycles for the accomplishment of the USBP Mission.
Qualifications:
GL-9: You qualify for the GL-9 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as:
- Performing physical searches of detained individuals, their vehicles, and their immediate surroundings for weapons, contraband, currency, and other evidence.
- Apprehending, physically restraining, or working with law enforcement officials to identify or apprehend violators of state, federal, or immigration laws.
- Proficient in the use of firearms, preparing investigative reports, serving court orders (e.g., warrants, subpoenas, etc.), and gathering evidence for criminal cases prosecuted through the court system.
If you have previous or current law enforcement or military law enforcement experience, you may qualify at the GS-11 grade level.
GS-11: You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, with the authority granted by the state or government to enforce laws, make arrests, and investigate crimes, performing primary duties in an official law enforcement capacity such as:
- Utilizing intelligence information to track illegal operations, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or contraband while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
- Leading investigations of fraud, contraband, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or illegal operations to determine sources and patterns while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
- Apprehending violators of state, federal, or immigration laws by utilizing various forms of complex technology that include surveillance, detection, situation awareness systems, and/or communications equipment.
The above experience will be applied in connection with the following: Make arrests and exercise sound judgment in the use of firearms; deal effectively with people in a courteous manner in connection with law enforcement matters; analyze information rapidly and make prompt decisions; or develop and maintain contact with a network of informants.
There are no education substitutions for the GL-9 or GS-11 grade-level Border Patrol Agent opportunities.

The Logistics Specialist plays a key role in supporting and optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations, including order processing, customer communication, inventory release, and coordination with transportation and third-party logistics providers. Principle Duties & Responsibilities:
- Order Management & Documentation: Accurately create and manage sales orders and release documents our ERP system (NetSuite), e.g., picking tickets, packing slips. Ensure shipment instructions are clearly communicated to 3PLs, warehouse staff, and carriers, adhering to both internal and customer-specific procedures
- Sales & Customer Support: Collaborate with sales reps, customers, and internal teams to provide timely updates on shipment status, pricing, and product availability. Respond to inquiries and resolve issues with a sense of urgency, empathy, and professionalism. Attend customer meetings as needed
- Logistics Coordination & 3PL Management: Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments of raw materials and finished goods, including refrigerated and dry products. - Transportation & Carrier Management: Evaluate and select freight carriers based on cost, service quality, and reliability. Negotiate trucking contracts and spot rates when applicable. Utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) for order tracking, KPI monitoring, and operational reporting
- Inventory & Supply Chain Support: Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely movement of materials between production sites and warehouses. Monitor and report on shipment documentation, proactively follow up on discrepancies or delays, and work with accounting on freight invoice resolution
- Technology & Systems Usage: Effectively use ERP (NetSuite), MRP, and TMS software to manage logistics workflows. Participate in internal process systems to support continuous improvement and cross-team alignment

The Foods Warehouse position is physically demanding; manual labor is required. The Foods Support team is responsible for providing support to the Food Service department through ice production and delivery, beverage machine maintenance and novelty food storage and delivery. This position requires a valid drivers license and you must be 18 years of age or older.

Foods Support Associates are required to interact with guests, other Associates, leads, and supervisors on a daily basis. Capital Health is seeking a full-time, BC/BE Gastroenterologist to join Capital Health Gastroenterology Specialists and serve as a GI hospitalist. ?The ideal candidate(s) would be well trained, energetic, and willing to help grow the GI program at Capital Health. In addition, the ability to work in a fast-paced clinical setting and a commitment to providing high quality and compassionate care to patients.
Opportunity Details:
You will be joining two other physicians who are already part of the GI hospitalist team.
The schedule is one week on, 24/7 on call, covering one of the two Capital Health campuses, followed by one week off.
The remaining weeks of call are covering by the CHS hospital employed Gastroenterologists, all of whom have thriving outpatient practices.
There will be an opportunity to perform outpatient open access colonoscopies during your week on call.
Our program is associated with an internal medicine and family medicine residency program and during part of your call, there will be a resident working with you.
We have one NP who rotates between the two campuses assisting the on call GI Hospitalist.
We have a dedicated advanced therapeutic Gastroenterologist to perform EUS/ERCP.
We have an advanced IR team to perform emergency embolizations and TIPS when needed.
We have a full time staff of nurses and GI technicians on call 24/7 when off hour procedures need to be done.
All procedures are done with an Anesthesiologist or Nurse Anesthetist in our state of the art ASGE certified GI suite.

Overview: As an Entertainment Technician, you are responsible for the safe handling and operation of equipment within the fields of lighting, audio, atmospheric effects, and pneumatics. This includes the technical running of live shows as well as other marquee events. Technicians are expected to interact with guests, other employees, and supervisors while maintaining the company's integrity and following all park policies and procedures. ~ Oversee technical equipment related to live shows such as audio, lighting, video and scenic effects while ensuring smooth operation of all elements relating to it.
