Qualifications


· 1 year of experience in event logistics, event planning, operations or related fields; experience in beauty, skincare, or wellness preferred.

· Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to lift, move, and transport event materials as needed.

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.


Working conditions


· Full-time, onsite role based in the Lantana, FL corporate office.

· Frequent movement throughout office, warehouse, and event spaces.

· Occasional travel for events, trainings, or conferences.

· Extended hours may be required during peak event periods.


Physical requirements


· Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.

· Standing, bending, and walking for extended periods during event setup and execution.

· Manual handling of boxes, displays, and event equipment.

· Ability to operate standard office and event equipment.


Compensation


  • Hourly, non-exempt position.
  • Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
  • Eligible for overtime in accordance with company policy and applicable laws.

Qualifications:
  • Degrees: Associates or BS degree
  • Licenses & Certifications: Basic Life Support, Clinical Laboratory Technologist
  • Additional Qualifications:
    • If Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or related science as required by the State of Florida, no experience required.
    • If Associate's Degree in Medical Technology or related science as required by the State of Florida, a minimum of two years medical technologist experience at BHSF and fulfilling appropriate career advancement/packet criteria required.
    • All candidates require a State of Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist license in appropriate discipline(s) with complete knowledge of medical technology theory and practice.
    • Certain entities (BOS) will require BLS certification.
