Information Professionals serve in challenging roles of increasing scope and responsibility both afloat and ashore. This could include:

Those pursuing an Information Professional Officer position are required to attend Officer Candidate School (OCS) in Newport, RI.
Upon completion, candidates typically attend a five-week IP Basic Course of instruction in Pensacola, FL, before or during their initial assignment. IPOs must complete specific qualifications as part of their training during Fleet tours and are expected to pursue advanced education opportunities.
Promotion opportunities are regularly available but competitive and based on performance.

Postgraduate education is important to the success of the Information Professional. Most IPs will complete a master's degree in C4I, space, information systems, computer science or modeling and simulation.

Qualifications & Requirements
A degree from a four-year college or university is a minimum educational requirement to become a Commissioned Officer. Candidates seeking an Information Professional Officer position must have a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution in a technical field, preferably in one of following fields: Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Operations, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, General Engineering.
All candidates must also be: U.S. citizens, willing to serve worldwide, eligible for a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security clearance and qualified for sea duty.
General qualifications may vary depending upon whether you're currently serving, whether you've served before or whether you've never served before.
Part-Time Opportunities
There are part-time opportunities available as an Information Professional Officer.
Serving part-time as a Navy Reserve Sailor, your duties will be carried out during your scheduled drilling and training periods. During monthly drilling, Information Professional Officers in the Navy Reserve typically work at a location close to their homes.
For annual training, Information Professional Officers may serve anywhere in the world, whether on a ship at sea or at bases and installations on shore.

Most of what you do in the Navy Reserve is considered training. The basic Navy Reserve commitment involves training a minimum of one weekend a month (referred to as drilling) and two weeks a year (referred to as Annual Training) - or the equivalent of that.
Information Professional Officers in the Navy Reserve serve in an Officer role. Before receiving the ongoing professional training that comes with this job, initial training requirements must first be met.
For current or former Navy Officers (NAVET): Prior experience satisfies the initial leadership training requirement - so you will not need to go through Officer Training again.
Officers who previously held a commission in another United States Military Service, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, Public Health Service, or United States Coast Guard are exempt from attending ODS or LDO/CWO Academy.

Base Salary Range: $180,000 – $240,000 USD (annual), plus performance pay incentive. In accordance with local pay transparency laws, this reflects the expected base pay range for this role in the United States. Actual compensation within the range will be determined based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, training, and location.

Capacity Management and Operations is a new team supporting multiple internal Client organizations. We manage their Capacity Management process, improving it where necessary, and provide operational support for the work pipeline. Our engineers help resolve capacity regression cases which save the Client millions in data center running costs per year. We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Program Manager to lead and scale our Autonomous Vehicle (AV) Driver/Operator Program. This role oversees daily AV operations, driver recruitment and training, compliance, safety performance, and cross‑functional coordination to support safe, efficient, and high‑quality autonomous vehicle testing and deployment.
This program is currently operating at Level 2 autonomy, with a planned transition to Level 3 operations later this year, requiring an even higher level of operational rigor, safety governance, and process maturity. About the Role
We're seeking a Senior Implementations Manager to own the end-to-end deployment of our leave experience software platform for enterprise customers. This is a critical role at the intersection of customer success, product, and engineering—you'll be the quarterback ensuring complex implementations are delivered successfully for some of the world's most innovative and admired employers.
You'll be the primary point of contact for large enterprise customers during implementation, managing multiple stakeholders across employee benefits, HR, IT, and legal teams. - Direct involvement in the evaluation, refinement, and deployment of ads optimization models for ads delivery systems.
- Proficiency in leveraging large datasets for performance analysis and gap identification.
- Proven ability to apply scientific methods to solve real-world problems on web-scale data
- Expertise in SQL and Python
- Strong business and product sense: delight in shaping vague questions into well-defined analyses and success metrics that drive business decisions
- Excellent communication skills: able to lead initiatives across multiple product areas and communicate findings with leadership and product teams
- Experience leading key technical projects and substantially influencing the scope and output of others
- Experience in digital ad delivery stacks preferred

The ideal candidate would bring:
- A JD (Juris Doctor) from an accredited law school with an active membership to at least one U.S. state bar
- 8+ years' experience legal experience with a strong background in Data Privacy and Intellectual Property (IP) law
- Commercial exposure, ideally to SaaS
- Relevant regulatory compliance experience
- Ability to relate technical concepts to relevant legal requirements
